Spacious Beachfront Getaway
We stayed in Unit 902. It was clean upon arrival, though with one vent in the Master Bath unhinged. They did fix it during our stay. The unit was plenty of room for our family of 8, 6 children and 2 adults. The amenities were perfect! Indoor pool area, outdoor pool area and a little wading shallow pool area for younger kids that we all used. I would have given 5 stars if not for the elevator that had no fan or moving air, so was unusually hot inside along with some very loud teenage guests Saturday night that were screaming from the pool at midnight. Sometimes that can't be helped. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time! The location is perfect on the beach and close to everything fun at the beach as well as the best restaurants of Orange Beach. We would book here again!

Just ok
The photos make it look very nice. It’s not. Besides changing the sheets and vacuuming, nothing has been cleaned in some time. The dryer vent was so clogged, the dryer wouldn’t dry. We fixed that. I refused to empty the canister in the vacuum, but it doesn’t wrk bc it’s so dirty. The remote to one tv was missing, the other didn’t wrk. My sister was able to fix the tv which wasn’t working at all when we arrived. A maintenance guy came, shrugged his shoulders and we nvr saw him again. If they cared, it could be nice-ish but since they don’t, it’s on the way to total trash.

Great location and well maintained property!
We enjoyed being right on the beach, of course. Access was easy. The entire property was spotless and beautiful, from pool to landscaping to walkways. I didn’t cook one time, so I could not speak to much in the kitchen other than storage. :) The only complaint we had was the fact that walkway lights shine bright into the guest bedroom, even with the blinds closed. A nice upgrade to the unit would be blinds that really darken the rooms at night. Thanks for a great stay!

The entire building was under construction. The construction worker showed up early and we’re extremely loud. There is dust and debris everywhere! This was not properly listed on the listing. We could not use any of the public facilities including the pool and outdoor spots near the pool due to the construction on every tower.

We all loved this condo! This was a mom trip with our teens and it was convenient to everything we wanted and needed to do. Very clean and beautiful views! Particularly liked that the master was off from the other 2 bedrooms. The property was well kept and updated. Would definitely be back!

Family Vacation
Condo was smaller than the average 3 bed/2 bath condo. The glass on the sliding glass door in the den has some type of film on it so you can't clearly see the gulf or beach. It wasn't dirt because I tried to clean it. Bedroom doors wouldn't close or would have to be slammed to close all the way. The same for the pantry door. Closets were small and packed with old blankets, pillows and vacuums. The kitchen was so small that only 2 people could be in it at a time. The kitchen table only seats 4 and counter 2 people for meals. There weren't enough towels for our family so we called housekeeping. Nobody ever came with more. We wouldn't stay in this condo again. The complex had a nice pool area, BBQ pits, plenty of carts. and there was never a problem with elevators.

Couple updates then it will be perfect
Exterior of building in need of some maintenance for sure but unit was freshly updated and very clean. A few things need to be repaired, trash cabinet door falling off base, drawer handle broken. Most annoying was the door stop flopping down every time you open the door. Shower rod and towel bar pulled out of the walls. Dishwasher not latched on countertop so pulls out when trying to open door. Sprinkler system shows its age. I slept in one of the smaller rooms, black out curtains would be awesome as the light filters thru the blinds making it difficult to sleep. On the positive side, Absolutely loved the flooring, Livingroom and patio furniture. Beautiful view from the balcony and easy access to the beach. Would stay again for sure, great location and access to everything you would need.

We loved this property. The interior has recently been redone and was very nice (updated since the pictures on the site). The condo is just steps away from the beach and has a great view of the Gulf. The balcony has some really nice heavy duty chairs and a table for enjoying the view. We ate breakfast out there several mornings. The location is just minutes away from restaurants and grocery stores. We had a great meal one evening at GT's and enjoyed hand dipped ice cream from Sweet Cone Alabama. On the last night we even BBQ'd on the grills by the pool. The only recommendations I would make would be to add curtains to the 3rd bedroom window to keep the hallway light from shining in at night & there was also what looked like sheetrock dust in some of the cabinets from the renovation. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place with amazing views!
This property is beautiful and you couldn't ask for a better view. I have a couple minor complaints. First, when we walked into the condo, all you could smell was marijuana. I personally can't stomach the smell so it was a bit much for me. We went and bought air freshener but that didn't do much. Secondly, when we went to bed and pulled the sheets down, they were all covered in sand, and not just a little. It looked as though the bedding wasn't changed after the last guests. We called housekeeping and they said they would send someone up with clean sheets. An hour went by and still no sheets. We called housekeeping again and told them it had been over an hour and we still hadn't received our sheets yet. They said they would let someone know that we have been waiting and that they would get clean sheets up to us. Another hour passed, and still no sheets. We finally gave up and checked the spare beds sheets which were smaller in size, and they too had sand all over them. We were finally able to find clean sheets for the pull out couch and used those. Needless to say, the first night didn't go as well as planned, but other than those couple of things, the unit was very nice. I would definitely return to this unit, as long as the sheets are clean!
