Phoenix West is one of the best condominium complexes in Orange Beach. Whether you're floating down the lazy river or having a drink on the balcony and taking in the sun this is the condo for you! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.

No need to wait on the elevator when you can park on the 3rd floor and walk directly to your condo! It is also an ideal location to keep an eye on the kids as they play in the lazy river and outdoor pools.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 50” flat screen HDTV in living room and flat screen HDTVs in all the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. This unit features a sleeper sofa, 2 master bedrooms with King beds and the 3rd bedroom has TWO Queen beds.

There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

The property is clean and staff is nice and helpful. The indoor heated pool is great as there were a few days of colder weather. The outdoor pool and lazy river are nice but a bit too cold for anyone other than ambitious kids. Our unit was spacious and clean. Unfortunately, on our second night there was a leak several floors above which leaked through the ceiling in 2 bathrooms. Staff were helpful with providing fans, heaters and dehumidifiers for the bathrooms and hall where the leak was. We couldn’t really use those bathrooms afterwards due to the large noisy equipment in the rooms. The noise from the equipment made one of the bedrooms unusable as well. We didn’t ask to be switched to a different unit as we wanted to be on a lower floor, but it would have been nice if it was offered as it was quite disruptive to our stay. Other than this issue, which was not the fault of this management company, we had only minor issues. One of the toilets has a broken handle and the tank needs to be fixed as we had to take off the lid to stop the constant filling of the tank that would not shut off. With only two remaining usable bathrooms, this was a bit annoying. The supplies include only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and no coffee filters. While we have stayed at places with only a “starter pack” of supplies, this is the most bare bones we have had. A bit more attentiveness from the manager and a few extra supplies would go a long way and make this place great.

Need to update dishwasher. Bottom tray has missing wheels and results in tray landing on cleaning sprayer. We had a good time and enjoyed our stay. Weather was a little gloomy but the indoor facilities helped to provide entertainment. We had a great time

If I could select 0 for the cleanliness, I would. As soon as we walked up to the door, I noticed spots on the curtains from the outside. The walls were filthy with marks on all of them.

Lots of room. The condo needs some attention to details, broken chair, missing part to fridge, handles on toilet need tightening, a little more attention to cleaning, air vents and slats on closet doors really need to be cleaned occasionally. Otherwise great vacation experience.

Great Family Vacay
The unit was much roomier than I expected. We had 4 adults and 3 teenagers. The beach nearby was very convenient. The amenities like the pool and lazy river were very entertaining. Although it was pretty crowded a few days we were there. The unit had plenty of towels and dishes for all of us. And the appliances were clean and ready for us to use.

The condo is a great location with convenient parking access. Overall, it was mostly clean. However, the seating is worn and uncomfortable. The TV in the living room was 15 years old. Some of the appliances are also dated and in need of replacement. Notified management and hope they listen to the feedback/recommendations to make improvements. It has so much potential.

Nasty, Rundown, thrift store furniture
Nasty, broken furniture, broken toilet seat, blood on torn drapes, kitchen appliances so nasty you couldn’t use until cleaning and some even then I wouldn’t use, trash left on floors & in cabinets, mold in master bath shower, food crumbs on dining table. Literally looked like they remade the beds with questionably clean linens.

Fantastic location, but dirty floors & several damaged items
The location, view, and the main building are FANTASTIC, but room 303 had dirty floors (couldn’t walk barefoot in the condo without getting dirt caked up onto the soles of your feet), and then there were a few damaged things, like a bathroom door that didn’t lock, a bedroom door that was punched or something, causing it to be cracked, a toilet seat with a broken lid hinge and a well worn seat, a closet door that wouldn’t close, etc.). However, considering this was the lowest priced condo in the building at the time of booking, I suppose it was still worth it.

Over all the condo was great, could use a little more furniture in the living room. The cleaning fees we paid for this condo are quite high and the floors were very dirty between the sand and dirt, I am pretty sure they had not been mopped in quite some time.

Overall we enjoyed our stay but would have a few suggestions for future stays. The coffee pot was absolutely disgusting. For the price paid for our stay that should not have been an issue. Also, we found the elevators to be a complete disaster. Thankfully, being on floor 3 helped. We would take the stairs the majority of time unless we had the wagon with all the beach supplies. This unit could have definitely used a deep clean and some upgrades.

Needs updated decor and would benefit from a good cleaning. Location and condo amenities are fantastic. This is our second time staying at this location, just different condo room. Lamps and electrical outlets need attention. Shower curtains and rods need attention. Floors are filthy and need big attention. Everyone’s feet was black after walking barefoot, or socks were black.
