This condo was pretty nice. It wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped for. I did like it being on the end and having a balcony on the back and side. The whole building was under construction, I will never make the mistake of booking one again that is being worked on. Parking was a nightmare, several spots were taken up by the crews equipment. Elevators were slow and one wasn’t working half the time.

Perfect beach condo

Loved the balcony overlooking the water- was out there ever morning watching the dolphins as the sun rose! Fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals for the group and everyone has a great time!

Great Condo!

This is the second time my family has stayed in this condo and it was awesome! Love the location, it is within walking distance to many restaurants, souvenir shops and more. Plenty of room for everyone in the group. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for making meals in. The views from the balcony are amazing. Jeff and his assistant LJ are wonderful to work with and go out of their way to answer questions and correct any issues that may arise. This condo is definitely top of our list when vacationing in the area!

Loved the condo!!

This condo was really clean (which is really important to me) and so beautiful. The wraparound balcony was large and each bedroom had access to the balcony. We really enjoyed our stay and our host was wonderful. We look forward to staying here again!!!

Anniversary Get-a-way

We wanted to go somewhere for our 18th wedding anniversary. I saw this unit and fell in love.. This property is exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is great and beach/ocean view is excellent. Owner and his assistant was very welcoming. We were surprised and overjoyed to find roses when we entered. The assistant even called about door issues ahead of time to make me aware that they had an order in to have it fix. We only used two of the three bedrooms, so this unit was more than enough room for us.. Kitchen was equipped with just about everything we needed (I should have brought my waffle maker). Trash shoot is right outside the door. Beds slept good, condo nicely decorated, as in other reviews, the sofa was a little worn in the middle but that's small compared to how nice the unit is. The unit was clean, not spotless but clean. I only noticed because I was doing extra cleaning for our stay plus (Covid). We are looking to book again soon. You will not regret booking this unit.

Great Family Vacation!

The condo is very clean, got to check in about 2 hours early which was great! Great balcony to watch the ocean with! The furniture on the balcony was extremely nice! The whole condo is nicely done! And there is an ice maker! And plenty of pillows! I have never stayed in a place where we had enough pillows, but this place had them! The kitchen has pretty much everything you need! Never had to wait for an elevator! The indoor pool/hot tub was super! The out door pool nice! There is a General Dollar, gift shops and a Walmart mini store across the street which was great! Highly recommend this place!
