We enjoyed drinking our coffee out on the balcony every morning watching the boats go out from the jetty. We also saw dolphins. It was very relaxing reading out on the balcony listening to the waves. The room itself was very clean and spacious. The view of the beach from inside our room was great too. Would definitely stay there again.

Several points 1.0. One of the dining chairs forward cross brace was missing. Suggest you fix that 2.0 the fan in the bedroom is unbalanced and we could not operate it afraid the light would fall out. Also made excessive noise 3.0. The air conditioner blows waaaaaay to powerful. You freeze. Or you sweat no happy medium

This was our first time at Orange Beach and it didn't disappoint! The condo had everything we needed, loved the big balcony and the view!! Enjoyed a different waterfront restaurant each day, all within minutes of the condo!

This was our second stay here and we have loved it both times. The condo is beautiful, and the location and views can't be beat. If I was going to complain about anything, it would be the TV remotes are old and don't work very well. Otherwise, we love this condo and we will stay here again!

We absolutely loved our condo. Very clean and well decorated. We had an amazing view of the ocean and all the amenities and staff were on point. Only complaint is master bed is squeaky.

Relaxing getaway
The property was located on a great floor height to have a great view but not be too far up. I was so glad they had a washer and dryer inside the condo. They also had a small vacuum that was so handy to clean up the sand each day. It was a perfect size condo for me my husband and our 2 small kids. The only improvements I would suggest is that we had an issue with the shower drain draining very slowly. There was sand in the tub so I think that's probably why. The trash can in the kitchen was dirty especially the lid and it smelled pretty bad when we opened it. I was a little surprised at how much the parking fee was when checking in, not an issue but I just wasn't expecting it to be that much. The property was always cleaned well each day. We have 2 small children and they loved the kiddie pool. We really enjoyed the fact that it was very family friendly and didn't have loud parties going on. Everyone was friendly and we met several people each day. I really liked that the property had several large pools and hot tubs so that you never felt crowded when swimming. We would definitely recommend Phoenix 6 to others and stay there again.
