This 7th floor unit is nicely furnished, has new mattresses as of 6/2021 and features a nice walk in shower in the master bath. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for preparing meals. You will enjoy the amazing view from the direct gulf front balconies just off of the living room as well as the master bedroom. There are 2 ocean front pools, an indoor pool, tennis courts, fitness room and 2 nice grilling areas as well. Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just five miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. There was some things that didn’t work correctly like dishwasher and needed light bulbs in the hall lights and fan Moyer in master bedroom bathroom made a bad sound and toilet seat in master bathroom was broke The condo was great and we had a good time and it was clean and enough room great view

Amazing view….old condo
The view from the balcony was amazing. There were a few cosmetic issues that could be overlooked because of price but we had to wash our sheets when we got there because they looked gross, when we ran the dishwasher it leaked everywhere and the elevators were busy, slow and broke down a lot. That sucks when your on the 7th floor.

We enjoyed our stay with ocean front, private baloneys for the entire building and several access points to the clean beaches. This unit had a door to the balcony from the main room and also from the primary bedroom. I contacted the Property ahead of time and received the address for the secondary location to pick up keys because I could not find that information in any of the communication sent prior to our arrival on a Sunday afternoon - which required access to a lock box to pick up parking passes and building codes. Plenty of parking, several grocery store options close by. Ice maker in the freezer was available and along with several beach chairs provided for our use. Please clean the dry lint trap. It was overflowing into the duct work. Check out time was 10am. Cleaning crew arrived at 9am, hoping to get a head start. I would stay here again and have already referred several people to Coastal Properties.

View was amazing- exactly what we needed and wanted. Would’ve been nice if there were a few comforts- extra trash bags/ dishwasher tabs/ paper towels- but we managed. Our stay was short so not a huge issue. Overall- excellent and exactly as advertised. We would absolutely stay again!

The furniture was comfortable which is important if your staying a month. Condo needs painting, needs updated appliances, updated fixtures, and cookware that’s not from the thrift store. We enjoyed our stay but a few small improvements would improve this property..

Perfection at the Beach
Location Location Location Beginning with check-in, which isn’t far from the condo, we enjoyed every minute. The location was close to everything in the heart of Orange Beach. The pool and beach are so close and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. The condo was a nice size and the beds were comfortable. It could use an upgrade with the door lock as you have to stand on one foot and hold your mouth a certain way to unlock the door, but we figured it out and had a lovely stay. Beware that the door does not lock automatically and you have to lock it behind you when you go in and lock it with the key when you leave.

It was so nice to open the door and see the water. Everything was nice, clean and relaxing. I loved not having all the walls crowded with pictures and nick nacks every where. Wil go back again. Ps bring a can opener.

Great location right on the beach
The condo is large and we loved the deck access from the master bedroom as well as the living area. The condo is in a good spot for all the things to do in the area and near grocery stores and restaurants. The condo is somewhat dated especially in the bathrooms. But it was clean and free of bugs. The pool is nice and beach access was easy and convenient. Parking lot right at condo and plenty of parking during the week but only because it was late August. By the time the holiday weekend came, very little parking near our building.

Perfect for a quick family beach trip.
The property was much bigger than anticipated and was a little confusing trying to find the Condo. The check in process was a little stressful as it was a short window of having to physically appear to get the key. We enjoyed our stay.
