Nice location but tight
Great location with great views. However, it’s really tight for 4 people. The master door almost touches the bed when opened. There isn’t room for luggage, so we put our clothes in the drawers in the closet. However the drawers can’t fully open because of the closet doors. The kitchen was missing basic items like an oven mitt and a liquid measuring cup too.

Great property, poorly managed and supported
Property was poorly cleaned (sand all over kitchen counters and 7 inch hair hanging off kitchen sink, etc) and washer was broken upon arrival with nasty stagnant water a few inches deep. Vacasa of Alabama provided their number in case of any issues, however I called them three days in a row and sat on hold for an hour each day, they would never end up answering. They provided no other form of contact with them. I emailed their main corporate office, then used their text based platform and FINALLY 6 hours later they text me back. The property itself was great however the lack of support from Vacasa was extremely unprofessional and I would go out of my way to avoid renting a property through them in the future.

Awesome condo and view!
Easy booking and communication was great. My kids and I enjoyed all the amenities. The Keurig was definitely a plus, and we loved the mini-ice machine! 😊 The couple issues we had were resolved quickly, and even when one of the elevators broke, it was repaired the next day. Can’t beat the view…even on a chilly day, being on the balcony was a must!!

Great location!
It is a great location with a fabulous Gulf front view! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the waves! There were some minor repairs that needed to be done but management was so attentive and got on them quickly! Check in and check out was very easy!

Relatively clean, good view of beach. The sliding balcony door was broken (wouldn’t lock) and I was super scared of my 3 year old bring able to get out. They came and “rigged” it pretty quickly, though I hope it’s been fixed by now.

Did wake up in the middle If night and found a roach on the bathroom floor. Just that one and flushed it. I would suggest putting a handle on the outside of the sliding door. Hard to open.

Very Wonderful
An outstanding place to stay for a beach getaway. This host supplied a great location for our vacation, and my family had a wonderful time. There’s a Publix down the street for your groceries, and get the big family platter at steamers, best seafood I’ve had in a while!
