The Palms 716 is a three-bedroom, three-bath, west corner condo with amazing, panoramic, gulf-front views from the 7th floor.

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and all bedrooms

• Luxury vinyl plank flooring is in the bedrooms and the living room. Tile flooring is throughout the rest of the unit.

• Unit features a fully equipped kitchen with everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats six and there are two bar stools for additional seating.

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The living area has a sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed

• The second bedroom has two twin-size beds

• The third bedroom has a queen-size bed

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Great Beach Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay in 716 west. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. Great views. I am an early bird so I was up early every morning for a sunrise walk on the beach which is only a few steps away we took advantage of a few of the discounts that was offered for our stay. All in all a positive experience we will take advantage of again.

Immediately before arriving we were informed one if the bathrooms had a cracked tub/shower and could not be fixed or used. We paid dearly for 3 bedrooms and 3 baths for my family and no compensation was offered. We made due with significant inconvenience and enjoyed our annual family beach trip in spite of this but cannot recommend this property or this management company. Property very outdated and in need of renovation.

Water leaked into kitchen from condo above. Had to mop up mess. Called property manager and dryers were placed in our unit to dry the walls because they were wet. Next night water dripped into air conditioner closet. Flooded it. Property manager was nice. I believe this water issue has been an ongoing. Unit was not real clean and it is run down. Bed linens were nice. I would not stay there again. There were issues with the elevators not working. They did give us a free dolphin tour pass for our troubles.

Great view of beach
The property was as described with a great view of the beach & the dolphins from the balcony. The only issue I had was that the seat cushions on the chairs all had sand on them that had to cleaned off before we could enjoy the view. One had a small stain on it so we didn't use that chair at all. They need a little TLC.

Loved this condo location and closeness to the beach! Short walk for sure! Nice pool indoor and outdoor. Did not enjoy paying for beach chair rental and having people set up their own umbrellas and chairs eight in front of us (usually against property rules). Not crowded though, fast elevators!

First time using VRBO. Great vacation experience. Unit was clean, well equipped and conveniently located. Most of our time at the unit was on the balcony overlooking the beach, enjoying the warm weather and ocean breeze. Check-in/out was easy. Had just one question and we received a response within minutes. Will definitely consider this place again.

We were very pleased with our stay at The Palm. The view from the balcony was awesome. Master bedroom and living room both had excellent views as well. So relaxing. The only cons were the bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. The door to the condo did not have the number on it. Had to guess that it was the right one. Overall it was a great stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location! Easy beach access.
Easy process for checking in and out. Condo was very clean, comfortable beds. Could use some updates in bathrooms and kitchen. Outside table and chairs were nice for eating meals outside enjoying the view. A couple of lounge chairs would be a plus. We had a great time and would rent again!

Place was nice, old building, tub in Main bathroom was too high to step in. Everything else was good. Good location right on the beach Had beachview, all rooms had access to the balcony. Cleaning was good just after the 1st night went to make up bed and an cough drop was under the mattress. Not sure how thoroughly they clean but we found it just by making up the bed and tucking the sheets.
