Look no further, this is going to be the perfect unit for YOU!
This second floor, one bedroom, one bath unit, also has hall bunks. With the sleeper sofa, it will comfortably sleep 6. From the balcony, this Gulf front unit, has an amazing view of the beach, gulf, sunrises and sunsets.

If you have never visited the beautiful beaches of Alabama, you are in for a treat!! Our area has so much to offer. Award winning restaurants, Golf, shopping, water parks, arcades, Zoo, fishing, boating, dolphin cruises, sailing, parasailing, snorkeling, jet skiing, water skiing, art and music festivals, dancing, amazing sunsets, or just laying on the beach, soaking up the sun and breathing in the salt air. The list of things to do, goes on and on. Tide Water is across the street from Zeke's Landing and The Shrimp Basket Restaurant

A complete remodel of the unit has been recently completed. It now has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, flat screen T.V. in the living room and bedroom, new tile flooring through out the unit, new furniture, all new lines, new cookware and dishes. Everything is new, all to make your stay as perfect as possible.

The complex has wonderful amenities, which includes an indoor heated pool with hot tub. An outdoor beachside pool, exercise room overlooking the beach and a sauna. Also, free Wi-Fi internet access!

Although, we hope our guest never have any issues during their stay, we have a local representative that is available in case you ever need assistance.

Right on the beach

It got the job done

The unit wasn’t bad at all, just had minor inconveniences. There weren’t any beach towels as typed in the check in message. Also, the mattresses were very uncomfortable. The bedroom curtains definitely need help. They need to be blackout since they face the hallway lights that are on 24/7. The trash truck woke us up every morning at 4:30 AM. It arrives, beeps, and stays making noise for at least 20 minutes. The walk to the beach is short and convenient. The tenant owner was easy to communicate with.

Beautiful view. Place was not very clean......Entire building was without water from 9 Am to 4 Pm on Friday.. No toilet, shower, laundry, drinking water etc. Thought we should be compensated somewhat for the inconvenience.William, the host was easy to work with.

Perfect beach location

Right in the heart of Orange Beach, this place has a great balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Very clean with plenty of room. One master, two twin bunks and a sofa/bed if needed. It was spacious for just the two of us! Clean and everything you need. Loved enjoying coffee on the balcony and easy access to the beach! Thanks for the perfect getaway.

This is a nice condo, with everything you’d need and a great location! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the beds are very uncomfortable, including the pull out couch. Other than the beds, we had a great stay.

Absolute amazing experience

We had an absolutely amazing time! The condo was clean and very well taken care of and had everything we needed. Great location, far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of a vacation town but close enough to go to dinner or do things with family. The property manager Mr. Davis C. was a pleasure to deal with as well! Very responsive and informative. Will definitely be going back in the future and dealing with Mr Davis for sure!

Great room in a great location

The room was well laid out, had everything we could need for a short stay. There is a hide-a-bed present that's not listed. We don't know how well that slept though :) The bed was very comfortable. The view of the beach was awesome as well.

Would book again but…

I really loved just about everything about this condo but the mattress and fridge. The view was amazing, as was the overall location of the condo to different things. As the other reviews mentioned, the mattress is pretty rough. It is a rather firm mattress and VERY noisy! Every time you move, it makes obnoxious noises. I could not imagine having two people in the bed. Also the fridge made a lot of popping and knocking sounds. I’m not sure why but it got rather annoying. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. But I might would consider bringing a mattress topper and some WD-40. ;)

Fantastic beach view

The property was just as advertised. The weather was cool and rainy but we were able to enjoy the beach from the balcony. The cleaning crew could pay a little closer attention to details but overall it was very clean. We would definitely stay there again
