Overall, It was Great!
The condo was beautiful! I loved the decor and the view was great. We had a few issues with the refrigerator, the freezer wouldn’t open all the way and got stuck a few times. We also saw bugs in the kitchen. They did spray during our stay so hopefully that will help. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Disappointed, 7 people for 6 days. Asked for more trash bags (2 provided) paper towels (1 provided) 2 small soap bars provided each bathroom; had to give 1 toilet paper roll to family members. Called and told have to buy more to replenish. We paid a lot of money and expected better service than this. Will not return or recommend to anyone.

The stay was great and the location to all attractions was super. In the master bedroom and the kitchen we seen tiny little roaches (about 3-4). It was many but wanted to share to get an exterminator. Thanks for a great stay and would choose again.

Very Nice Condo
Beautiful condo with lovely views. It’s a little bit of a hike unloading the car but well worth it once you’re done. Very private! No complaints, everything worked & beds were comfy. Nicely set up in the living room to gather & watch TV or chat. If you like elephants, this would be your place! I loved the decorations. Highly recommend.

Beach fun
We love this resort! The location is right across the road from one of the state park trail heads. The pool is heated so our grandchildren could enjoy a swim even when the weather was cool. Units are clean and well equipped with everything you really need. We hope to be back soon.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here and would love to visit again. We did have some trouble checking in because we couldn’t find the code to register our car on the text message instructions or in the app. I tried calling the property manager but never got in touch with anyone. I finally found the code in an email, and later noticed it is printed on the instructions hanging on the fridge. I also noticed that some of the dishes could’ve been just a bit cleaner, but overall it was a lovely place to stay and we would definitely stay here again

The worst experience ever. Dirty dishes, broken equipment. Rental agency “accidentally locked us out on Sunday for 7 hours!! No one would lift a finger to help. All and all DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The condo was just as described. Very clean with lots of room. Beds were comfy and the views were gorgeous. Loved that it had a washer and dryer combo. Heated pools with well maintained landscape. Stairwell located close to door for quick access to the beach. We would stay here again!

Our stay was enjoyable. The only thing we saw that needed to be brought to your attention was when we were packing to get ready to check out. My daughter looked under the bed to make sure nothing was being left and pulled out a bloody towel. Orher than that you couldn't ask for a cleaner place to stay.

Great condo
Condo was clean and decorated nicely. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Rooms were good sided especially the master bedroom. Great views and easy access to beach. In unit washer/dryer was handy. Needs a better supply of laundry soap, dish soap and trash bags. Downside, there aren't many amenities such as bars, restaurants or shopping within a short walking distance from the unit and Uber isn't very reliable. Plenty of stuff if you have a car.

Unit needs attention
Palm Beach Resort has always been an amazing experience. Great location and atmosphere! Our stay this time was quite different. The unit had some issues that need attention for the amount of money that is charged to be there. Some of the issues: two beds in one bedroom were broken, the master bath shower door was broken - it would not shut completely and water leaked with every shower, the tile in the hallway was loose, the main door did not shut properly, there was a hole in the wall behind the main door, the blinds covering the sliding glass door were broken and wouldn't close, the microwave and oven lights were broken, the burners on the stove were loose, the icemaker did not produce enough ice for a family of 5, the drawer in the freezer won't open completely. The decor needs to be updated.

POOR SERVICE/NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE
When I started to look for places to stay for my grandma's 90th birthday I first looked at houses on Dauphin Island. Then realized all of those houses would require lots of steps daily and while she can do a couple she uses 2 canes or a walker. So I switched it up and decided to go here so we could have a single floor unit with an elevator if needed - and I paid more for this change. When reserving the room it gives you a room number but does not tell you if you are on the east side or west side. When we arrived we went to look for the room we were told we would have to use the stairs or the WEST elevator as the East elevator was undergoing maintenance. So, I had to either make my 90 year old grandma go up two flights of stairs or walk across three buildings from the West Elevator (far Northwest side of building) to our room which was in the far Southeast side of the building. The first night we tried this we went up the west elevator and started the trek over. It was so hard on her. We were both upset. I had planned this so carefully for her IT WAS HER BIRTHDAY PRESENT and she spent the rest of the week feeling like a burden to us and sad. The very next morning after arriving I sent the office a message as they say to do if we need anything. They simply replied, "sorry for the inconvenience. Let us know if we can help with anything else" This was not acceptable these elevators should not be considered an ammenity! And this was far more than an inconvenience.

A21 Experience
A21 was extremely difficult to locate on the property. After 30 minutes of walking around, placing a phone call for help, we finally opened two fire doors and found A21. Also, the elevator wasn't working in the A-B buildings so we had to go to the C-D buildings elevator in order to bring up our luggage, etc to A21. We had arrived at night and trying to do all this in the dark and the lighting in the hallways and around the building were poor. Our beach experience was great. The Suncoast company (chair rental) was very pleasant to work with. A21 has a nice view of the beach and was easy to access. Furnishings in the room were very nice and plenty of room to move around. The room definitely needs some TLC in the housekeeping department. Dirty, stained carpet in the master bedroom, ceiling fans dirty, both patio door locks were broken, leg on bed frame collapsed while person was sleeping in the bed, and the roll out trashcan cabinet wouldn't work. The outdoor pool was excellent. If the housekeeping issues are addressed, this would be a great unit to rent. Orange Beach has much to offer!
