Play on the beach and take advantage of the great condominium amenities including shared pools, hot tub, a racquetball court, sauna, and fitness room! Guests can enjoy free WiFi and central air-conditioning.

Walk to many wonderful local restaurants, shops, and attractions! If you are looking for a little adventure, head over to Waterville USA to ride the water slides, lounge in the lazy river, or make a splash in the huge wage pool; only six miles away. And be sure to head to Florabama, located right on the Alabama/Florida state line, for great food, live bands, and even BINGO!

Things to Know
Parking passes are purchased online, and no parking is allowed on-site without doing so. After booking, Vacasa will register you in the HOA's parking system (VRPS). Before arrival, you’ll receive an email to pay for your parking pass(es) and put them on hold for your stay. The current rate is $55 per pass for your entire stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and Vacasa does not receive this.
There are all new electrical outlets and switches in this home including two USB outlets in the bedroom.

Great location and view of the ocean! Kids enjoyed playing on the beach and then moving to the pool later in the day. Nearby restaurants do not take reservations or call ahead seating. Most don’t have take out during the dinner rush either, so planning ahead for dinner is a must and expect long wait times. The kitchen was very well stocked for dining in. Overall no complaints, it was perfect for our family and we had a great time!

The room was nice but had one bed instead of two.i never had to pay parking before so that was a surprise. The lady behind counter was rude when we was checking in .other thsn that it was nice

Out on a Beach
I felt the coondo was adequate but I was disappointed. The bedroom smelled like mold or mildew especially in the right side of the headboard as you enter from the hallway. We checked for mold on the wall but there was no sign of it. It was so bad that I slept on the sofa bed. The sheets are old and thin - The bedroom top sheet had a tear in it. The condo needs some sprucing up ! I doubt that we will want to be in this room if and when we come back to Alabama.

After many condo rentals, this one did not compare. There were no “extras” like salt and pepper, any kitchen wrap or foil, extra beach towels or beach chairs, full set of measuring spoon or cups, draperies for the wall of windows. So if it isn’t on the list of the info page, you better bring it yourself. The rental is clean but very worn.
