Family including teens had a blast
Phoenix VI was a great location! Impressed at how easy the check-in process was. I received multiple emails and text before, during and after our stay. We had zero issues but feel like if we had, I would have known whom to contact. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, the convenience of renting chairs, umbrellas, and paddleboards, the pool was great, we used the grills one day, loved the fans inside to keep floor dry and to dry our feet, the water hoses along the board walk were smart, loved that my kids could log into our streaming apps on the TV. No complaints. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay. This property had some issues with mold around the guest tub and rust on both shower bars. It could use an update, but the beds were comfortable, as were the sofa/chairs in the den. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice visit with the family.

Location of property is perfect. Nice large balcony. Spacious property. Downsides include the lack of lighting. Outdoor recliners are uncomfortable. Oven was cleaned with something that made it impossible for us to use it. Unfortunately this meant tossing out our first meal. Things that need to be addressed include the quality of the towels. They are simply unacceptable for a property such as this. And again, no matter what we did we could not get ample lighting into the main area of the property. Would we stay at Phoenix VI again? Yes. Would we stay in this union again? Probably not.

Property was in perfect proximity to grocery stores, entertainment, restaurants, liquor stores, and of course the beach. We saw dolphins, sharks, stingrays, schools of fish, crabs, and even other ocean creatures everyday. Excellent waters for snorkeling with beautiful clear waters at 6ft. Sand was soft and clean. Property was a little dirty when we arrived and coffee maker didn’t work, but I made management company aware and they had a service rep over right away to make a repair to the bathroom drainage and we even received a brand new coffee maker the same day I reported it broken. The boardwalk from complex to beach is very long and the elevators where not so quick. Other than those two small discrepancies, I would recommend this rental to friends and family.

Very good experience. Didn't have hot water when we first arrived. I called the number given and soneonsle was at the condo within 1/2 hour to assess. Issue was fixed promptly. Common areas much cleaner than other Phoenix properties we've stated in previous years.

VERY DISAPPOINTED
Condo was filthy. The carpets were disgusting. The bedroom walls were scuffed and had dirty handprints everywhere. Bed linens were dirty and I had to wash them before we went to sleep. Keurig had not been cleaned out from prior renter and dirty dishes were in the cabinets. Kitchen sink was clogged which we had to fix. This condo should not be rented out until it is deep cleaned and at least a fresh coat of paint.

Beautiful place right on the beach. Picture perfect. 8 of us 3 bedrooms plenty of space. 4 Adults 2 teenagers a 9 and 7 year old. More then enough room. Second time for us staying at a phoenix condo and I wont go anywhere else

It was very spacious, however, a little dated.
Just a little dated and some of the bedding had stains on them. The ice maker that was I. Addition to the refrigerator ice maker was broken and leaked water everywhere! Called maintenance, he came and told it was broken but he put all the ice I. The mop bucket and left it! We had to dispose of the mess. Would probably stay again With the hopes of more cleanliness!

Should have read reviews before booking
The reviews were spot on. AC did not work. What was registering as 70 felt like 85. If you aren’t cold when you come in from the beach the AC isn’t working yet they assured me it was. Also there was no hot water. Says it sleeps a family of 9 but a family of 5 couldn’t even shower all in the same night. After the third person the water was ice cold person and didn’t resume warmth much less hot before the end of the night. Tried reaching out to the owners and got ZERO response after the first complaint. We Left a day early. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend.

Great location on 3rd floor and XL balcony with view of beach. Inside was not as bright and colorful as picture. Painted walls were darker but we spent most of time enjoying the balcony. Fortunately there were no neighbors above or below during get our stay. XL balcony was exposed to balcony above and overlooked balcony below which could have been problem with privacy. Living areas and beds were comfortable.

Family-friendly, cozy stay
My family and I ( Myself, husband, 3 daughters, 25, 18, 13 and two grandsons,, ages 2 and 1). It was spacious allowing for the kids to play. The pics are exactly what you see. The balcony was spacious and overlooked the outside pools and beach. It was clean and organized. This will definitely be our go-to place to stay when coming back! Thank you for having such a beautiful place.

Hire new cleaning service
The property was in a great location. When we arrived the floors looked unvacuumed and not mopped. We found debris in the floors and hair in the bathroom sink. The second bathroom had a used wash rag hanging in the shower. When we call the house cleaning service we were told someone would call the next morning. We never got a call for 2 days. No one ever came to clean the floors.

Great condo for our family
Overall we had a great stay. The check in and checkout process were easy. Purchasing the parking pass was easy. Great location. The condo was open, spacious and well stocked. The beds were incredibly comfy. We enjoyed the balcomy which had great views. We loved that it was open so we could enjoy the warmth and sun. We had very windy days so this was a great spot to be to be away from the wind. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. There are a few things that need attention. While we loved the balcony, the furniture needs to be replaced. The chairs were incredibly uncomfortable and one lounge chair was unuseable. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was so noisy that we could not use it. Both bathtubs did not drain properly so we were standing in water for every shower and caused the tubs to be very dirty. The outdoor pool was ice cold and it wasn't that warm outside so we didn't get to use it.
