You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Family Time
We walked in and was in awe of the spaciousness and view. Hidden in cabinets were lots of games, puzzles and Legos. The whirlpool tub was gigantic. My most loved feature was a dining table for 10. We were able to have meals together. Summerchase Condos had both an outdoor and heated indoor pool, and jacuzzi. We look forward to returning.

The condo has nice space and furnishings. The bathrooms are a bit dated and the condo could use fresh paint. It has a great balcony. The beds were comfortable. We had a delightful stay!

Overall beautiful stay
The view from this penthouse is amazing! We enjoyed staying here. It seems maintenance is a bit lacking They did come immediately and fix our A/C upon calling which was great. Some areas for review: Tiles missing on balcony Cushions are dirty and need replaced on the balcony furniture - not comfortable Worn out The tub in the front bathroom takes 3-4 hours to drain Some areas need paint touch up We also made mgmt aware one of the chairs in the master bedroom has broken legs and should not be sat on We love this place but it needs some tlc

Location and interior/exterior living space was our favorite parts. Condo isn’t as updated as some, but it was very comfortable, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and a huge kitchen!

Room to Dance!
Condo was as described with plenty of room for our family of four adults and one 9-year-old. Plenty of room to dance in the kitchen and living area while cooking, plenty of room on the balcony (seating for nine) and a bathroom for each bedroom made for a most excellent stay. The condo is super easy to reach if you come down the Baldwin Express ($5 toll) with very quick and convenient access to the marina, a Publix, a pharmacy, and some really good restaurants. After a day of fun at the beach, the gulf waves will lull you to blissful sleep. My only (minor) recommendation is to bring your own standard size pillowcases for the beds if you have sensitive skin or in case you get a touch of sunburn. The ones at the condo were a bit scratchy to me (but…sensitive skin). All in all, a wonderful stay at a very family oriented condominium complex.

Outstanding property in Orange Beach
Our family recently stayed at Summerchase PH2 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures truly don't do justice to this rental. It is spacious and clean, with amazing views from the balcony. As other reviewers have mentioned, the living room furniture does feel worn, but this did not impact our stay at all. Household supplies were limited and we were happy that we brought extra paper products, trash bags, etc. We would definitely return to this property!

I don’t like the fact that there’s a two car limit when I had 4 adult and 4 children listed as occupants on the property. Each adult reside is different states and drove down. We had to park across the highway in a shopping center.

The pictures do not do it justice The ceilings are much higher and give it a great feel It’s very spacious. So much room. Easy access and close to everything Very close to the beach Balcony is very large, lots of seating options but the one thing that would make it better is to replace all the cushions on the balcony furniture. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommend.

Time to relax
It was only 3 ladies that stayed. We were looking for a relaxing time without any set schedules. It was perfect! We all had our own rooms and bathrooms. The condo is very nice and just like the pictures. The location is great! Loved it!!!

Final Trip for Our Terminal Mom
This was a bucket list for my Mother in Law with Terminal Cancer and a Do-over for my Mom because my dad had cancer last year and could not stay the entire vacation and Died a year ago. The condo is HUGE! We gave our moms the two Masters and took the room with two full beds and full bath. Cons: Mattresses in "kids" room or two full beds are terribly noisy and uncomfortable TV in "kids" room turns off every evening at 8 ish PM due to Low input or signal and has to be reprogrammed which takes about 10 minutes and then happens multiple times. Couches in Living room and on the Balcony need to be cleaned and/or replaced, just worn a bit. Ramp leading to the beach is very steep going in and out of the NON locked gate. We only needed codes for the front door and the indoor pool. We were not fond of the very narrow pool and no one ever was in the kiddie pool or hot tub but it was 105 degrees! PROS: It is a Beautiful Condo with SO so so much space and an amazing view, Bed/mattresses in King Bedrooms are very comfortable, Massive well-appointed Kitchen with everything we needed, Very large wide and deep Balcony where we saw Dolphins every morning and night, Beautifully decorated, Great Air conditioning, Very fast elevators, ample Parking, Great location with walking trails nearby as well as the beach LOL, So many great locations very close by, traffic was minimal, we rented chairs one day and did not like the comfort of the chairs but the umbrellas were very nice.

Great Stay!
We are a family of four with teenagers. This is a beautiful condo. It is well kept and was very clean. Great location and the beach was wonderful. The property manager was top notch. They were easy to contact and were very helpful. I really liked the daily text telling us the beach conditions. We had a great time and will definitely visit again.

Wonderful Property
We loved this condo on the beach. We looked at several different spots and so happy we picked this one. Because there are homes to the right and nothing to the left we didn't have the crowds of people like the rest of beach. Highly suggest renting the chairs and umbrellas in front of the condo so you have your spot for the week. My only complaints were the pans were very old and very small and one of the masters only had sheers for curtains. One of the bedrooms had black out shades but ours didn't. We opted to eat out every night because of the cookware. Who wants to sleep and cook on vacation anyways right? Overall we had a great time and plan to come back.

Perfect quiet setting for family
Just the right space for our family. We would stay again! Plenty of room in front of condo umbrellas on the beach to still set up your own. No noise problems. Plenty of seating indoor and on the balcony. Huge master where we were able to put kids on blow up mattresses with plenty of space. As we prepared for travel, wish a more detailed list of kitchen supplies and other items had been provided. Here are some highlights of the condo: - a single cup Keurig and a regular coffee pot - Mixer, pots and pans and everything to make dinner in the condo, small supply of Tupperware for leftover food, extra ice maker - used beach chairs so you really don’t have to bring your own - next to the pool there is a “used” free for all beach supplies area with floats, water toys, and boogie boards people don’t want to take back home with them which was great! - there is a small kiddie pool A few things we wish had been better: - There was only a single supply of bath towels; had to be washed half way through our stay - There were no “rugs” or bath mats for stepping out of the shower - The placement of the toilet paper roll in the master bath was behind the toilet, so really awkward twisting back to grab toilet paper - Wish there was a shower caddy in the master bath - The floors were swept but not mopped on our arrival. Probably my biggest pet peeve. Kids had black feet at bedtime that had to be cleaned every night. But not a huge deal to us.

We had a wonderful stay, and the layout of condo was perfect. I would offer a suggestion and remove sauna and steam room in property description as that was a disappointment it was locked. I would also recommend providing additional dish towels for kitchen, there were 2. With a family of 5, with a lot of experience with house and condo rentals that really stood out, and the lack of of cleaning supplies such as dish soap. For families that are traveling 10-15 hours with a packed car, that would really help!
