Check in was excellent, rooms were nice, bar and restaurant on site were great. The best thing about it is you can walk out the front door and walk to the airport in 5 minutes. Perfect for early flights.

This place needs a major update in the rooms, and the restaurant staff. The only reason to stay here is convenience, but if you expect something more, you'll be disappointed.

We used this hotel for an overnight to catch very early connections back to Miami. Hotel is VERY close to FCO and is easily walkable thru a connector to the hotel and moving stairs. Good restaurant but the TV and choises of channels was horrible. Could not get CNN or any other English channels...but all in all, very good. One thing I will tell you.....the hotel provides a shuttle service to the terminals if you can't walk. I took a 'van' type from the hotel to Terminal 1 at FCO...a 3-4 min drive MAYBE...$30 euro plus tip if you want. Won't get that again.....but....would stay here again.

Location is very convenient for the airport (about a 5 minute walk to the terminal). The hotel itself badly needs upgrading/updating. Our room was on the 1st floor (one floor up from the lobby). The flooring in the room was a cheap looking laminate. The positive to this flooring is that it seemed very clean (unlike carpeted rooms that can seem dingy). The negative is that you can hear every sound from above. It seemed like the people in the room above us were rearranging furniture all night long, scraping and dragging things across the floor. So noisy! Also, there was absolutely no view, tiny window, the furniture was old and covered in dents and dings and the bed was very hard with no cushioning on top of the springs. We went to the restaurant and the service was awful. We had to approach the hostess stand 2 different times to try to get service as we were ignored for a very long time. The food itself was good. If you're looking for clean and convenient, this is it. Don't expect anything more than that at all though.

The room was very clean and practical; perfect for an airport hotel. Truly 5 minute walk to terminals with moving walkways to help. Would definitely use again if visiting Rome.

The front staff are not friendly. We had to be moved because our room smelled like smoke. And they did not apologize. They said do you want a maid to clean it. How is a maid suppose to get smoke smell out? But we did get moved. Then our key did not work the 2nd day. The worst is their male cleaning staff on our floor that did not knock on the door and just entered the room before 9am. This is not customary to have cleaning staff just enter without knocking. When we mentioned all of this to the front staff they did not care. So, hence our review of a close hotel to airport, but rude and unacceptable service.

The property was conveniently located, easy to get to. Was VERY disappointed in there not being any ice machines on property and when I was directed by check in personnel to go the the bar, I was very discourteously dismissed as to not having ice. Very disappointing to bring beverages to the room in need of ice and not being able to get any. Worst was the disrespectful manner in which I was treated by the bar staff. Won’t ever forget how the bartender spoke to me.
