Darn it!
The view of Zion was beautiful, it was easy to catch the bus to the park entrance. The resort was being refurbished, there wasn’t a breakfast as advertised and there wasn’t any in room coffee pods to be had at the resort. It was nice, but we paid for amenities that were not accessible. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately the lobby and restaurant were under construction. We choose the lodge because of the convenience. We had to search for breakfast and dinner. Nice places close. But we would have stayed somewhere else if we would have been informed. Also, saw some occupants with breakfast boxes when we checked out. No one informed us that we could have ordered these each day. And 3 people were at the front desk when we checked in. They told us where to go to eat. But nothing about a free breakfast. Also coffee pods, creamers and coffee cups were not replaced each morning. The front desk told us they had run out of cups! WHAT?

This property was beautiful, you had a nice view no matter what room you had. Rob at the front counter went over and above to make our stay amazing, this property is super lucky to have an employee as passionate and dedicated as he is!! The only thing we had problems with was the curtain, once it came down, it didn’t want to go back up. It wasn’t a big deal for us because we were only in there at night to sleep and were out early in the morning before sunrise.

This was a spectacular spot…the lodge was amazing and the views all around were breathtaking. Great pool and very nice rooms. Close to shuttle stop and great restaurant choices. Worked out perfect for getting into Zion to hike. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful setting, convenient to park, restaurants, and shopping. Hotel is currently under renovation into a Marriott hotel. Some hotel facilities were thus unavailable. Staff were great and worked diligently to resolve issues.

Beautiful Stay
Nice hotel.Will be much better once construction on restaurant is completed. Front desk when we checked out said completion will be next week. The night auditor Percy was great. Our room was perfect, spacious and comfortable. Pool was very very nice after a day of hiking. Several restaurants within walking distance.

Great location with shuttles to Zion national Park. Lots of food options, rooms were cleaned every day and staff was very friendly. Deer frequently roamed the property which was nice to see! There's also a laundry facility to clean your clothes, views from resort we're gorgeous!! Highly recommend.

Very clean and comfortable accomodations for a visit to Zion. Grounds were nice and we had deer grazing on the property daily. The only issue at the moment is the breakfast area is being renovated so there is no hot breakfast. They are providing a boxed breakfast which is better than nothing. It is very close to the park and shops to rent e-bikes and other equipment if needed.

The view is incredible. You feel like you’re sleeping in Zion. Room is updated and very clean. The closet is so big we used it as a dressing room. Recommend!
