There was plenty of room, good facilities on sight and it was close to the Universal and Disney parks. It was very handy having a washing machine and dishwasher.

I loved having so much space for our family to spread out. The condo was clean and the kitchen well-stocked. The mattresses are worn and due to be replaced.

The property was great, will definitely be coming back again. Only thing was missing was a broom and the water in the master bedroom tub never got hot. But even with this I will be coming back again

Spacious and well-situated
Very, very spacious condo with comfortable furniture. The cooking utensils and pots and pans are very limited, but in good condition. The electronic key entry provides little flexibility. 4pm check-in is exactly 4pm, even though we were outside the condo door waiting for 1 1/2 hours and it was ready. We had asked for early check-in days ahead because of a 4:30pm meeting about 25 minutes away, so it was dump luggage and go. Would have been nice for the property manager to alert us and allow entry even half an hour earlier. Like that the bedrooms are split-- master on one side and the other 2 bedrooms on the other side. Nice lake view. Will definitely book again!

I made the reservation in mid- January, with a deposit. On January 28th, I had to cancel my reservation. I did not get my deposit back. And they would not let me use the deposit for a reservation, in October.......Be aware this is an acceptable policy!!

Universal Theme Parks Perfect Accommodations
Spacious, clean; beautifully appointed three bedroom apartment ideal for a family vacation - balconies overlooking a tranquil lake; full modern kitchen; down the block from Publix supermarket; wonderful amenities and conveniences of home from a HDTV in every room; washer/dryer; comfortable bedding - to a hair dryer for my daughter and her friend - This property is perfectly located near every restaurant/retail establishment in Orlando - a great resort - only place I will stay when in Orlando

Walk to Convention center
Great location. Grocery store and Coffee with in walking distance. Good outdoor heated pool. We will be back. Rented it for IBS show and it was a great location. The Orlando area can't handle the volume of cars so walking to and from show was great.
