We went to the hotel for the lazy river and slide. But these are only open noon to 7pm, so we were NOT able to use them. But we got charged a resort fee of $23! NOT HAPPY!!

Room smelled like mold. They tried to cover the smell with bleach but after a couple hours, the bleach smell wore off. The bathroom had mold on the top. Room was clean and staff was meh. No room service during my stay. Maybe I came on a bad weekend. 2.5 rating

The room was nice and clean, staff seemed to linger in the room right next to ours all day. This was a bit weird. We would leave and five hours later same staff member just standing in the door way of the same room next to ours. The dinning was good food and so was the bar!

Okay hotel, but there are cheaper options for the "quality." It's fairly run down. Stains everywhere on the carpeting, rooms aren't very clean (caked dust on the bed skirt, popcorn under the bed from another guest, etc.), and the elevator was sketchy. Our safe didn't work, there was no internet in our room, and we didn't have a blow dryer. I waited an hour for one to be delivered before having to go to the desk. I don't know when it finally showed up. However, the staff was horrible. At best, we got apathy, but the girl with the red braids/locs was incredibly rude. I had called to add a day to our room a week before and was told we wouldn't be moved/there was no need to check in again. However, my keys stopped working. I told the lady at the desk. She didn't care and told me I checked out. I started to explain, and she cut me off when I said I was told I wouldn't have to do anything by snarking, "You were told wrong." No apology, no customer service, nothing. I calmly expressed concern over my stuff being tossed out. She cut me off again and huffed, "Don't know. Just got here." She was silent for several minutes, never looked at me, handed me my new keys, and walked off. Luckily, room service did not clean our room, or our stuff would have been gone. She made it clear I was really bothering her, even though I couldn't have been nicer. This could have been disastrous, and I definitely would have escalated the situation, legally, if my stuff had been lost due to their error.

Ok if you are looking to buy under $100. One night stay is all I was willing. Weird smell room had rust everywhere and loud music till 1:30am. Won’t be back
