The smell of weed from alot of guests smoking it on site. Didnt see the pool being cleaned once and the pool water was salty due to the amount of sand in the water. Room only cleaned once on 4th day. Rooms felt damp, resulting in all my clothes feeling damp. Had to go to reception every day for extra cardboard coffee cups for the room as these werent refreshed daily. Nor were the coffees. Toilet roll in toilets by the pool smelt like a stale ashtray after i wiped my nose and had the smell stuck in my nose. I have been to this property twice before and extremely dissappointed this time round and i wont be returning due to the lack of care in this hotel.

The room was clean but the smell of Fabuloso cleaner was overwhelming. We had to leave the door open to air out the room. Also the bathroom fan was extremely noisy. On the other hand the pool was great as was the food at the cafe and the drinks by the pool bar. Parking was good even on a holiday weekend. The staff was also very attentive. Overall a 4.5 star for sure.

Family trip for weekend

I stayed 3 nights Labor Day weekend 2025. In building 3 on 4th floor pool view. Room was great view and clean upon arrival but never had housekeeping oncei checkedin. Left everyday to arrive to room same way we left it. Had to use trash can in hallway to empty my trash myself. And i seen the housekeeping cart go on every floor while in the pool except 4th floor. The cart never was on that floor. Pool hot tub and cafe and bartender and check in was all great. I seen past reviews about popcorn ceiling everywhere. I didn't even have a popcorn ceiling. Shower looked newly updated walk in shower. AC was cold and nice. Game room was small and simple kids enjoyed it. Great are for walking to different attractions and shops and restaurants. Would go back. But hope housekeeping visits all rooms from now on.

I asked for my room to be cleaned after 2 days of a 3 day stay due to making a mess and having fun in the room. I asked for new bed sheets cause there was piss on them and I had to leave … I came back and they cleaned the room with the same bed sheets which had urine on them … after this it had me question if they were clean to begin with ….
