Communication was awful and pool was so gross and dirty the water was green and when they came to clean it one day prior to our departure even the cleaning company said the chemicals the water needed were so strong and water was so dirty that he recommended to not use pool at all.

Great vacation home
House was as advertised. Upstairs living room was amazingly spacious - provided ample room for us all to have our space. Carpet shows some wear which is expected. Was nice to have garage use. Nice and close to community pool for walking with family (couple blocks away). Bring your own floats for the lazy river which was a nice experience for all members of our family. Younger kids enjoyed meeting other kids at the community pool to play with. Nice to have our own pool to relax in also- paid for heating which made it enjoyable for us. Pool water concern was dealt with and corrected quickly and effectively. Close enough to stores for our needs. Would consider renting again if the need presents.

Thanksgiving Family Vacay
Me and my family booked this property back in March for our Thanksgiving Disney vacation! The property owners were awesome every question that I had they responded very quickly and very detailed! The house was gorgeous but the house needed a little updating with carpet and walls but overall is still in good condition and very spacious. If you want a heated pool contact them to heat up the pool and the jacuzzi in advance we missed out on the heating of the pool but still had a good time out there! This property is 25 minutes away from Disney so it was a quick commute back and forth between the parks. The community was gorgeous and had a community pool, restaurant and a kids play time hour. I would recommend booking with this property and would most definitely book again!

Everything was as advertised for my large family group of 14! Lots of space, comfortable beds and very clean. My only point to the owners is to change the blinds by the sliding door. Many of the blind pieces missing, but did not affect our stay at all!! Would definitely rent again!

This house was beautiful and spacious. Everyone had their own space and the bedrooms were sectioned perfect for my family. The pool and spa was the most popular. The electricity around the island did not work, the vertical blinds leading out to the pool should be replaced I’m sure because this house has so much traffic and the toilet paper holders in the bathrooms needed to be replaced or repaired. I let the management and they are aware these are minor issues and did not effect our overall rating of ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. This property was the best and I would stay here again and again. Thanks keep up the good work.
