Beautiful Town Home in Gated Community with Extensive Facilities

Welcome to the Waites Home!

This modern townhome is located on the Paradise Palms gated resort community which has 24 hour guard security. There are four bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, so perfect if traveling with elderly or disabled relatives. There are three double rooms and a children's room with bunk beds and a crib, all with flatscreen TVs. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flatscreen TV an en-suite bathroom and is located upstairs, so close to the children's room. Bedroom two also has a king bed and flatscreen TV and is located on the ground floor. Bedroom three has a queen bed and flatscreen TV and bedroom four has twin over double bunk beds as well as a crib, also with a flatscreen TV. The utility area is located upstairs and has a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Downstairs is laid out fairly open plan and features a fully equipped kitchen, so it is not essential to eat out every night. There is a breakfast bar for six people, a dining table also for six people and a comfortable lounge area with large flatscreen TV. There are glass sliding patio doors which lead to a shaded lanai with three piece conversation set and there is a splash pool with generous sunbathing deck. There are 8 chairs and 2 sun loungers for your convenience

The resort clubhouse has a state of the art fitness centre with sauna, 50 seat movie theatre with daily showtimes, gaming arcade, coffee shop and gift/necessities shop. The lagoon style communal pool has a water slide, a rocky outcrop with jacuzzi, children's splash pad, poolside tiki bar, children's play area, basketball/tennis courts, beach volleyball court and gaming area with shuffleboard and horseshoes. Free wifi is provided and there is a reserved parking space for the villa. Extra guest parking is provided.

Please note that pool & Spa heat (where applicable) are not included in daily rates and restrictions do apply. This home has electric pool heat which requires a minimum of 4 consecutive days.  Pool heating is recommended from October through May.
