A/C in the room never could get it quite cool enough and lower the humidity. Probably the reason for the musty smell. Ice machine on 2nd floor didn’t work. Not the safest feeling at this hotel.

Tried to charge me again . Neither of two ice machines working. Keys stopped working on night 3 both keys . We were told rudely not to put next to our phones. Yep, both keys weren't working so chances of them both being by our phones not good,Service every other day to clean rooms, but that wasn't communicated. It was a little rundown as well.

The hotel was clean and the staff was great especially Todd who checked us in. The room was clean, the pool was very nice and the breakfast in the morning was excellent

This property can't be rated in any hotel category. A motel, yes. I chose this property only for the name (Best Western). Unfortunately, i was deeply disappointed.

Skip this one!
Room was clean but floors were slippery with condensation, shower turn off dripped all night, a/c had the sounds of the ocean in it , and the bed had major bowl shaped rut in it! Would I stay there again… no!
