Giving an overall of 4 stars because the front desk staff were wonderful, the location was perfect and the rate we got on the room was so low that there were really no comparables in the area. However, we wouldnā€™t return. The room was clearly never subject to a deep clean since construction; the tile grout was disgusting. Maids appear to do a good job on the regular clean but we stayed 10 nights and they only cleaned the room once. The process for garbage and towels is to leave them outside your room and pick up fresh towels at the front desk daily. This results in a hallway full of other peopleā€™s dirty towels and garbage to walk by.

I liked the kitchen with utensils and the refrigerator. The place accessible and close to the theme parks and shops. I felt safe. However, the towels werenā€™t clean enough!!! It was still dirty and with hairs on it. I asked many times but still the same! It was honestly disgusting. Whoever is doing the linens, they need to do a thorough cleaning and quality check.

Had issues with my key card to get into the room initially and the maintenance or housekeeper said heā€™d bring me new keys instead of going down the elevators since only one is working. Itā€™s really appreciated that he went above and beyond!! The front desk agents from check in to check out were also fantastic! Thank you again for another lovely stay.

I've had a few bad experiences in the Florida area before. Sometimes the owners and employees do these reviews to boost ratings and bookings. So I went in very skeptical about the condition of the hotel. I was beyond impressed. I booked a 1 bedroom suite....& that's what I got. It had a sofa sleeper in the front common area along with a full kitchen but only a 2 burner stove which we didn't use but was good to have. The room was spacious modern clean and extremely comfortable. They will definitely continue to have my business. I only encounter 3 staff personnel. The both of them were friendly and accosting. They had garage parking with east access for their giest. There is not one complaint I can find on them. If I had to make any suggestion it would be maybe add an optional continental breakfast. Most families are visiting Disney or another amusement brand. Taking advantage of the early hours in the park.....a breakfast ready at in the hotel lobby would make a great additions. Definitely a hidden jewel. There was also everything really close....shopping restaurants Walgreens and etc.....I was absolutely excited about our stay!

After driving 12hrs I was greeted by a extremely friendly lady at the front desk . It took minutes to give me a room and parking pass . The rooms are clean and large .
