Such a comfy place

I came last year with my mom during spring break. We loved it so much that we decided to come back. Lovely as always. The only thing my mom mentioned to me after was that she noticed some dust around the room. Other than that, everything was great! Will be going back anytime I go to Orlando.

The shuttle goes to the parks once a day and doesn’t even go to all of the parks. They did not clean out room once! We even had to get toilet paper from the front desk and towels every single day. We stayed 6 days! Very inconvenient!

Great location easy check in

The location of the hotel is great if you’re going to the Disney parks. The hotel is kind of a little tricky to get into at first, but when you figure it out, it’s not a problem. Check-in was a breeze. The hotel is clean and quiet. It was a great two-night stay. The only negative I have is that I got charged $30 more than what my original booking said I would be charged.

AMAZING Experience at Candlewood Suites!

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! We typically stay at Disney resorts but did a quick trip and stayed off-site. The check in was very easy, and Dominique was very helpful and kind. The staff was always friendly and ready to assist. The room, smelled of clorox when we entered, which was a BIG plus. The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom was great, and the recliner in the in the room was amazing to have! Great job Candlewood Suites. Would definitely recommend to anyone for an off-site option, close to all of the Disney action!

We were in town for a conference. We chose this hotel because the price was great for 2 rooms. The first night we got in late. Slept well. The next morning I noticed that the underside of my comforter was very dirty. I received a text from the hotel during the day. The staff had the issue fixed by the time I was back to the hotel for the night. My coworker was expressing to me later that her room temperature was too hot. She adjusted it a few times, but could never make the temperature a comfortable. After the comforter issue i never received housekeeping in my room. Thanks again for a good stay.

This hotel has a WONDERFUL staff, and texted us after check in to make sure the room was to our liking and comfortable. We asked for extra pillows and they came immediately. We stopped at the desk for anything we ran out of and it was supplied immediately. The kitchen had everything we could want. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone, and already have recommended it! Thank you so much!
