Water Park is the only plus
Rooms and bathrooms were old and outdated, beds were hard and not comfortable. Location is convenient and close to everything. Water park is fun worth it for the kids, but they need more rafts for the slides. Just ok overall only go for the entertainment of the water park but would not go back

We LOVED the water park!!! The kids were there for 6 hours! The food is average- good enough for the kids - what I didn’t like were the rooms- they feel very motel like - smell damp and beds are small and not comfortable.

Roaches day at the waterpark
I was very disappointed in the state of the hotel. The room was falling apart. Lights didn’t work. DIY fixes for scrapes and damage all over the room. Multiple large roaches came out of the tv console/fridge area. Up the walls. On the floor.

We had an absolute amazing time staying at this hotel. The resort is one of the best hotels due to the multiple water parks, including the indoor park for littles.

Never again. My family and I wasted our time booking here. Due to poor management we had to return home, because they overbooked the hotel, without being able to enjoy the city; even though our reservation was confirmed after several hours of travel we were informed at the place that they did not have the capacity to accommodate us. Late in the night we were forced to return because not only did they not have the capacity but they were unable to relocate us.

Overall, the property was nice and in a convenient location for the EDC shuttle. However, we noticed little bugs on the area where the tv is and the microwave. There were also two roaches on the walls. Just be mindful of this.
