Great House!
I knew I chose well when we walked into the house and my husband said, "Great job, babe." This house is located within 40 mins from Universal & Disney with a shopping center & restaurants nearby. Which is great because Orlando traffic is insane. The open floor plan is great and the whole house is tiled. We brought our 2 little dogs with us & didn't have to worry if they had an accident. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which was great for the 3 ladies in our group getting ready. TVs & remotes worked in every room. Just remember to bring your passwords for your streaming services! The property management site instructions were a bit unclear about the pool heater -- If you you are booking between 10/1 & 5/1, be sure to indicate that you want to have the pool heater turned on when you arrive. There is an reasonable daily charge for the pool heater. That said, there was a problem with the pool heater shutting off, which was disappointing because we were looking forward to a soak in the hot tub after walking all day. However, mechanical problems happen and I was refunded in full without having to ask & was given a 20 credit to use for the resort pool. My only criticism is if you are picky about your pillows (like me!) bring your own. Also, dish soap, dishwasher tabs & laundry pods are provided. Kitchen is well-appointed and there are 5 different coffee pots including a Keurig! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would book again for future Orlando vacations.

Getting things resolved at the property too way too long. Once I was able to find a Vacca tech, I stopped trying to get Vrbo to solve the issue.Last straw for this property, AC system went 100 % dead. No lights, etc and house temp was horrible. Imagine what would have been in May or June.

BEWARE BEWARE !! ( Real Review!!) DONT BOOK This is the most horrible house I ever went to first off the traffic of getting there was horrible the security was a joke ! Stop cars just to let us in slowly wasting people time ! It was a little after checkin you I was quick to notice the tvs where connected to the WiFi but when I tried to put WiFi on my cellar device as long as my guest tried it didn’t work it says “not unavailable network” meaning with 3 days no WiFi and no service! HORRIBLE WEEKEND then at 10pm the car was towed with no notice or knock on the door charged us 230$ to get out just for them to say “oh you can park in front not the side line” JOKE !!! THESE PEOPLE WERE DISGUSTING !!

Spacious and family friendly
The house was spacious and I loved that everyone had their own bathroom. The bummer was the jacuzzi tub not being operational. Someone came out but it was never usable the entire duration of our stay. The house was in a nice gated neighborhood but it was a pain to check into the guard shack EVERY time to you came in with your name/address/driver's license. The host never added our names/vehicles so that passage through the gate would have been quicker as there was always a line at the gate, sometimes holding up traffic. The house is great but was showing a little age with wear and tear (cracked toilet seat, pantry door knob came off, jacuzzi not heating).

This property is part of a beautiful resort with beautiful amenities. The communication between vacasa was great. Our stay was short (2 days) and unfortunately the central air was broken upon arrival. Property manager was quick to get someone out to fix it. While on the phone with property manager, we found a broken door knob, cracked in half toilet seat, no drain cover at the bottom of the pool to name a few. The tv/roku's did not work on 4 tvs. The biggest issue i had was the 45 minute long line just to get up to the gated community to get in. This was each day

Property and stay was fabulous however the furniture had sunken areas, dining table chairs were uncomfortable, the vertical blinds were missing panels and the Tv's in the rooms are very small....the gaming units were not working properly. Other than the above, my family enjoyed our stay and will use again. Thank you 😊

The house is dirty, windows are not cleaned, towels have stains on them, dishwasher doesn't work, toaster doesn't work, dryer leaves lint on things, TVs don't show anything, game consoles don't work. From the day I checked in I asked for the pool heating to be turned on, I called every day, in the end I did not get anything. In the end I paid for a house with a pool that I couldn't use because the water was cold. I called vacasa customer service, the staff spoke to me rudely. I do not recommend it

Horrible Experience
The pool and hottub were not working when we arrived. It took four calls before someone came out on our third day there. The pool area was filthy. The dishwasher was broke and they never fixed it. The grill which was also filthy didnt work, and they never fixed that. I would never stay at a house managed by them. Also the pool was much smaller than the pictures.

The property was nice with plenty of room for all 10 of us for Christmas. We arrived and of course the first thing we do is check the water because I texted the day before to make sure the heat was turned on. Well it was cold. Send a text first thing to complain and was informed that the heat was turned on I just needed to turn on the jets in the hot tub. Did this and the tub warmed up just slightly but enough to get in so texted again and was told a work order would be placed. We were gone the next day to Discovery Cove so we’re water out but came home to find everything still cold. So the third day there sent my electrician husband to check it out and found the temperature was set low and found the heat pump relay was stuck and wouldn’t turn on. So my husband turned the until off and back on and set the temp to 102 and finally it warmed up where we could use it. We never had anyone check with us about the problem and was quite dissatisfied with the lack of service. Many things broken through out the house like towel bar on shower, toilet seat, chair leg and one bed the center rail was broken. Also glad my IT son in law was there to hook up the Roku so we could watch some movies. Prepare yourself to only have two garbage bags for the whole time. No towels or hot pads in the kitchen.

The house was lovely. The management company, Vacasa was totally unresponsive to all questions/concern. All we ever got was "we're sorry for the inconvenience, and will contact the local staff. I'm sure they will respond promptly." We never got a contact from anyone. IE, we were given a security code but never found any place to use it. We had 7 TV's and 14 remotes - no information on how to make them work. No information on how to leave the house - do laundry, dishes. With multiple requests to Vacasa, we got no response and never saw any 'local staff'.

Very nice property
The house was very clean. The rooms and size of the house was perfect for our family. We loved that we were able to bring our dogs. There were only two drawbacks for us. The game room according to the description stated there was a Wii, but it was an XBox that was missing an HDMI cable so it was unusable and the pool table only had one pool stick that had a tip on it. The other was that we didn’t have the updated code to access the community amenities and Vacasa didn’t have the code. They told me to contact the concierge for the property. The concierge said that the property manager should have the code, but she was nice enough to give me the code when I showed her our reservation. We were still able to have a nice vacation.

Overall everything we expected! Missing a pool ball and couldn’t get the archade games to work, so game room wasn’t utilized much. Dishwasher didn’t work most of the time…put in a request to have fixed our second day and no one ever came. But pool was beautiful and house was clean! Very close to main pool and lazy River too.

Perfect Getaway!
This property gets and A+ for cleanliness, communication, and convenience! We had more than enough space for 3 adults, 1 teenager, and our pups. Visited Disney parks and restaurants all 3 days and appreciated the backroads option to stay off of I-4 as we traveled back and forth! The temperature of the pool was perfect and the deck chairs were comfy. Wish we had another day to go across the street and take advantage of the clubhouse amenities. While we couldn’t get the video game to work, we did enjoy the pool table and game room space. The house was very clean (all ceramic tile except the game room), and the kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was fairly quiet and had great space to walk the dogs. We would work with Vacasa again based on our experience this trip. *The only thing we could get to work on the washing machine was the rinse cycle.

Great family vacation!
My family of 10 rented this house and had a great time! It was close to all major amusement parks and fun things to do! We loved that there was a room and bathroom for each couple in our group and the game room was a huge hit with the kids! We were excited about all the game systems but none worked and the TV was broken and only showed a fuzzy black and white picture. Besides that it was a great house. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed, even a crockpot! We would definitely rent this place again and next time we would request to heat the pool, but even without the heated pool it was so fun! Big clubhouse pool was nice too but got very crowded in the afternoons. We loved the lazy river! Thanks for a great family vacation!

Excellent get away
We rented this property to get away after many months of staying home. We wanted to relax and unwind. The pool was the perfect size for 4 small children and 4 adults lounging near by on the deck. The house was the perfect size for having 8 people, yet not being on top of one another. We were in walking distance of the pool and close to the entrance. Very clean. Very cozy. Listing is very accurate.

Perfect vacation spot
We had a wonderful vacation at this house. The resort was within walking distance & the house/pool is exactly as described. Any issue we had was promptly handled by Vacasa, Jess personally came to the site to get the internet & cable fixed for us. The house was clean & had everything we needed for the week. The resort pool, slide & lazy river were excellent as well. Highly recommend this house & Solterra resort!!

Beautiful home, but VERY dirty!! Couch smelled and had a lot of stains and food stuck on it, rug stained, and had fur on it. It was clearly not vacuumed. There was urine on toilet seat in front bathroom, black mildew on kids shower curtain, hair in master bathroom shower. Chairs next to counter torn, kitchen chairs stained, and our white socks were black on the bottom all the time. Appears as if it was swept and the debris was pushed in to the corners instead of using a dust pan. Also, at the time we stayed, the neighbors were loud and smoking weed in the middle of the night. When we went outside to swim, it reeked of marijuana. My kids didn’t even want to be outside because of it. I know that is out of their control the way the neighbors are, but it really put a damper on our vacation. Beautiful house, but bring your cleaning supplies. I have pictures to support my review that I can’t submit on here because it won’t let me. They are bad, though.. I was only offered a 90.00 refund, which was pretty much a kick in the face. I should get a few complimentary days in a clean place! If my review continues to be hidden, as it was before, I will have to contact the next level up. Oh, and hopefully you don’t have any problems because you will have a hard time contacting property owner, if you do.
