Somehow gave away the room despite it being paid for and confirmed.. do not stay here if you want a place to stay for when you arrive to Florida, because they may give it away to someone else.

Pleasantly surprised by this gem. I needed somewhere quick to rest while traveling and didn’t want to spend a lot. Well thus exceeded my expectations- very clean, customer service a 10 and amazing location. It’s basic but nice and you even get a decent breakfast to get you started..

The room was dirty, roaches were crawling in the bathroom. We got into the room around 1am and 30 minutes after got a call from front desk, that we were doing so much noise, and all we did was get in, put stuff away and rest... 4 hours later we left the room. I tried to upload pictures, but the system didnt work.

Amazing Stay
The staff was amazing!! They are helpful and the Suites are modern and clean. I am always greeted by name, the staff already knows my room number. Fantastic place to stay!

Front desk staff was rude and asked my partner for an ID. The booking was under my name why did she have to show her id on the 2nd night of stay. She tried to treat us like a prisoner. She is from the hood so she think she could treat people the same way. My partner got in a heated argument with the staff and the manager told me that I am banned from extended stay for good. I am going to file with bbb.org and my congress man. I will see you in court.

Appearances can be deceiving
The room appeared to be clean and had everything you needed. My plane was very late and the front desk accommodated my late arrival. But There were bugs and cockroaches in the room. I was too tired to do anything about it!

Pros: - spacious room - Tv available - comfortable bed - nice shower - kitchenette Cons: - there was some type of pink substance on my tv remote - there was an odd smell through the hotel and my room - the tv quality was low definition - the snacks were limited and expensive

The staff was amazing. My plane was late arriving so I checked in in the middle of the night and the team was so caring and supportive. I felt cared for and was able to sleep well! The property was very clean and the rooms were very spacious. Highly recommend.
