Great location next to ICON Park and many stores and restaurants. Decent breakfast buffet. Only issues were the $16 parking per night that didn’t seem to have enough spots for everyone - we made sure to get back before 11pm im case there were issues. The hotel also didn't clean our room once during the 4 nights. They came knocking at 5pm on 2nd day asking if they could clean but we had just got back from Universal and were exhausted and weren’t going to leave. Why wasn’t it done during the day? Then the 3rd night we thought they would finally clean before we got back, but when we walked in around 5pm again, we saw they had only come in to leave towels and didnt clean, make beds, take garbage or old towels or do absolutely anything else. We had run out of toilet paper and they didn’t even leave another roll. Another thing is that every night when we got back, the free water dispenser in the lobby was always empty and stayed that way. How hard is it to make sure theres always water for your guests, especially when its right next to the front desk and all the employees see that it’s empty? Its a shame the housekeeping is so disorganized because the hotel could be great.

Walkable to restaurants and entertainment. The only thing that bothered me was the a/c in the room was too loud but other than that the stay was good I would stay there again just hope the a/c is better 😊

We arrived late in the night. The aiconditioned don't work and the room is very hot. We we go twice to the counter and they told us are going to fix. Nobody's came. The rugs are dirty and with humidity. Very disappointed with the property. dont works.
