Not happy! Dirty house! Need new management and housekeeper
Bad start to my vacation when we couldn’t get through the security gate at resort. The QR code to get in the property did not work. We had to wait to follow Someone into the property who was able to open the gate. The cleanliness of the house was terrible. Need a new housekeeper!!! It was trash on the floors that should have been swept and food on carpet. The walls need to be painted bad. It was pencil drawings on the walls clipped paint throughout the house. Carpet had stains! The pool area was not cleaned. It was leftover plastic popsicle wrapper on the pool deck. The pool noodles was ripped to sheds and all over the floor and in the pool. I paid $80 for the grill that was dirty and never cleaned from previous guest cooking on it. Maintenance had to come fix the AC because it was hot when we arrived. The previous guest trash bag was sitting by the front door when we arrived. The day before check out we lost power in one of the bedrooms and bathroom downstairs. The owner has a white sectional in the main sitting area that is dirty with gum on it. The legs to the sectional was broke with wood holding it up. There was no soap, conditioner, shampoos like stated on the ad. I contacted the property manager but was never able to speak with them. I left emails, voicemails and text messages about the issues haven’t heard back from them as of 3 days after check out. Beautiful property but poor management and housekeeping!
