We’ve been staying at the Hampton Inn for years. For the last three years, we’ve elected to stay right outside the Disney Springs hotel corridor for more budget-friendly lodging. The Hampton Inn along Palm Parkway never disappoints! The closeness to the Disney world resort, the free parking, the free breakfast (including hot items like scrambled eggs, sausage links, bacon, and pastries), the comfy beds, and now more than ever, their amazing staff! We were greeted by a friendly Sashane at the front desk that heard all of our inquiries and gave us a great room and Veronica, who was all a great front desk coordinator should be— attentive, emphatic, and serviceable to our needs. We came from a rough night at one of the theme parks where our vehicle had a flat tire and getting service was a hassle. When all was said and done, we ended back to our Hampton Inn at 2:00 am in the morning. I went to the front desk to ask respectfully for a late checkout and Veronica was extremely understanding. She even gave us a goody bag with water bottle and some treats for our daughter! Veronica went above and beyond. What’s even better is the next day, even after working double shift, she asked us how we slept and if there was anything else she could do for us. I was extremely grateful for her help and service! Having a great name like Hilton tied to the hotel is always a plus; what makes it even better is having world-class employees like Sashane and Veronica that go above and beyond!

The hotel carpet was being replaced during our visit, so some areas were off-limits depending on the day. There's daily breakfast, but no other dining options at the hotel, so you need to walk or drive to get lunch/dinner. Overall, enjoyed my stay here, would return again.

The property met out needs really well. It was very clean, breakfast was good and the front desk staff was amazing! Our interaction with Tiffani was brief but very good. Veronica was outstanding. Kudos to housekeeping for the very, very clean rooms.

The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. They even offered shuttle rides to the park, which was a huge plus. Breakfast was free, and there was even free on-site parking!
