This beautiful vacation home is well-furnished and located for a perfect vacation getaway.

With five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms, this home can comfortably sleep ten. The rental offers two en-suite master bedrooms, one of which is located on the ground floor with the rest on the upper floor. The ground floor also contains a formal dining area that can seat eight guests with additional dining for six in the cozy nook area. The large living area hosts two sofas with a large flat screen TV, perfect for a movie night for the whole family! The updated kitchen is fully-equipped with a large fridge and freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and coffeemaker along with a laundry room.

The outdoor living space features a fully enclosed lanai, a large pool that can be heated for an additional $25 per day, and plenty of seating for the whole family. The magnificent theater room is a particular standout.

This vacation home is conveniently located seven miles from Disney, shopping, and a few delicious restaurants.

Please note: Additional fees will apply if the following are not left in the same condition in which they were found: grill cleaning fee $75.00 / excess trash $75.00 / damaged linens: $150.00.

Pool Policy: $35.00 / per day – minimum 3+ night stays. Please inquire in advance.
Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of a minimum of $500 up to $1,000.

Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.

Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
