Staff - 10/10 - Very friendly and kind people. Thats the best of this hotel. Breakfast - 1/10 - Terrible, there is absolute hardly any choices, same stuff repeated everyday. Not as per the pics provided. Hotel Room - 1/10 - Terrible, no noise proof walls, we could hear the noise from the next room plus when the hair dryer is on, it continued to make loud noise inspite of its being used on other room. There is a maintenance every single day and someone is drilling. if you have planned to rest during the day, then forget it. Since room is not soundproof you could hear street concert noise loud and clear. Location - 10/10 - Brilliant, very convenient.

The hotel is right by the popular street (Nguyen Hue) which filled with lots of shopping and restaurants. Only downside is how they made their bathroom, we knew going in based on previous reviews- but the shower area because they made the curtain peremable to water be careful where you spray it or else whole floor will be wet. It’s also design they made. Overall, excellent service and very convenient.

This hotel was in a perfect position, walkable to both the main tourist areas as well as where the locals live and eat. The staff were friendly and helpful and the entrance to the hotel is stunning. Breakfast was nice, had the basics of what you need to start the day and change ups to the menu each morning. Room was clean and bed was comfortable, on level 9 I couldn’t hear street noise which was great. Would recommend and return.

Good location, spacious room, nice staff. The bathroom is old and needs upgrade. It was impossible to take a shower without the water running in the bathroom floor. The pool is nice and clean and well appreciated to cool off at the end of a hot day.
