Extremely poor check-in. After arriving and checking in because my room wasn’t ready I had to come back and check in again unnecessary waste of time. Other hotels check you in and when your room is ready, you can just go to your room they notify you of your room number.

I liked my room and enjoyed the screened in balcony. I had no issues checking in. The staff was nice and professional. The property is large but they offer golf cart service, which is nice. It's convenient to everything...SeaWorld, shopping, places to eat. They have 2 pools but the areas were never over populated.

This hotel is right in the heart of everything, but also is secluded and gives a private, quiet ambiance. The room was clean and cozy and the screened in balcony is a great, convenient feature!

The check- in process to check- out to the pool staff to the prompt text service they had everyone was so friendly. We loved the room we stayed in. It was spacious and clean. Although not a huge dining option, throw area was booming with places to eat, places to go buy groceries, and everything else in between.

Pros: Good price, pool good for kids, International drive is close with food and shops. Cons: Too busy at pool, roads congested, loud at night, had noisy neighbors, Room was dirty, only 1 elevator, too far away from restaurants.
