On the whole a good stay. Clean and tidy with polite and helpful staff. Surprisingly, despite the hotel being relatively new, it was a little scruffy/fun down in places. Breakfast was fresh and nice, albeit a little more basic than advertised. That said, it was quick and ideal. Overall an enjoyable stay.

First room that was assigned to me smelled like insecticide. Had to have my room changed. I had originally checked into a room in advance that was not ready, even though I arrived at 6pm. I was told that there were no more rooms available on the top floor, but when I returned to be assigned a new room from the smelly one, they gave me another room on the top floor lol

We stayed 2 nights here. We found the room very clean and well furnished, the bed was super comfy and we had a tasty breakfast each morning and could easily walk to the outlets! Couldnt ask for more!

Property has a very convenient location. It is very close to Disney and Universal parks. Supermarkets, malls and other stores are also very close. I would rate this hotel 5 stars if it wasn’t for the cleanliness. Bathroom was not clean. Room service needs to do a better work. There was mold all over the shower, disgusting and also the floor was very dirty. I stayed for 6 nights and they never changed my sheets or cleaned the room as they stated would do. Every time they took the towels, they never replaced them. I would have to call the lobby to ask for more towels. Overall this is a very good and convenient property that just needs to get more serious about the cleaning part.
