Unresponsive Property Managment
The house had plenty of rooms and bathrooms, the spa did not have diffusers so it just bubbled at the wall. We tried to get it heated but really no point without diffusers ( they provide a jet stream)
The dishwasher did not work so we had to dry and clean by hand. Even though we reported to the property manager no action was taken.
They changed the home address at the last minute to correct the from the address provided.
The glass coffee table in the family room was not stable and reported but no action taken. One of the TV's had a broken screen, this was reported but never acknowledged.
Took a while for hot water to get to a decent temperature on the first day.
They said spa could be heated for $30 but did not specify if that was per day, or per duration. As a result, we had a lot of confusion.
Similar hassle with activating the grill using QR code, paying and getting the code.
Bottom line if we had a property manager that responded to the VBRO portal messages or text, many of these issues could have been ironed out.
The street name was still incorrect in their app, it was "DR" not "LN"
Avoid homes managed by Deconova!
