This has been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, firstly upon entry we was told that the elevator is down and would be fix within the hour, we check in on Friday and check out Sunday and let me say the elevator was not fix at checkout still, the room was dirty carpet look like haven’t clean since the building was built linen had spots, went down to get some help no one at the front, was there for an event so I left, came back that night still none end up buying new linen because in order to get new linen it had to come from front desk, I book for my husband and I was stayin for 3days 2nights and was only 2towels in the room to use, like I said I came for an event so didn’t care I just assume I can get some towels on Saturday….nope I ask room service for a towel for my husband and I since our room wasn’t cleaned the whole of Saturday she hand me one towel and states that’s all she can give with an attitude she walk away, I was fuming, to make matters worst don’t even bother going down for breakfast because the spread was very very limited close to nothing and not enough for everyone, we decided to dine across the way at the breakfast spot, Sunday morning first thing couldn’t wait to check out! Never again, only reason I didn’t check out earlier is because the event was at the plaza behind the hotel and I didn’t want to be so far but my lord I really should of cancel and went elsewhere! Save your money and book somewhere else, building so old it needs to be tear down an Do ov

The staffs weren't friendly, When i first checked in that Friday night they gave me a room on the first floor, i was with my daughter. She went to the bathroom and told me she saw a roach i said that's not possible, while i was sitting on the bed i saw 2 roaches crawling on the night lamp. The following day i reported it, i requested another room, since i was going out, the staff member told me that when i come back later one will be waiting for me. Later one around 9pm i came back the staff member told me that they booke and there is no room for me, after a lot of talk they finally game me another room, it was the same thing rocahes in the bathroom, roaches by fridge. I demand a refund by the way i have video footage

This property was good for the price. The rooms were oke, there was airconditioning. They had free continental breakfast, not much but it’s something. (Waffles, fruits, cerreal and bread) Other than that the property had dining options nearby.

Firs the room was disgusting, Stains and hair all over the bed when we first walked in, The room itself was uncleaned from what it looked like as well. Bathroom was smaller than in the pictures. When i spoke to the gentlemen at the front desk about it, he was very unenthusiastic and kind of rude about it, when we called the desk they had us come down stairs to get it, bare in mind this is at like 11 at night. overall just wasn't a great experience

We had a 3-stay and our room wasn’t serviced even once. The carpets were not cleaned for a while and showed visible deterioration. The breakfast options were limited to sugary things like waffles, bread and cereal, no protein options like eggs, ham or sausages. The location was convenient and parking available, which was key for our stay.
