It had been a few years since i stayed at this resort. It was always my go to when visiting Orlando until this last trip. Front desk workers were not pleasant i asked if i could upgrade to a firework view and he told me there was none available but then proceeded to tell his coworker about a family that wanted there room switched and all that was available was a 3 bedroom firework view.. right in front of me!! our room was EXTREMELY dusty i haven’t stoped sneezing since we left. Cleaning was at the very bare minimum. There was a small spider on our bed sheets and tiny bugs in the bathroom. I couldnt wait to leave which is unfortunate we were there 2 nights with our two little kids for a disney trip. They had a”complementary” shuttle that only left from epcot. We were going to magic kingdom. So we couldnt even take advantage of that. Only good thing was location. I will not be staying here again.

A little disappointed on how this resort looked… A little outdated like back in the early 90s. Shower door, fallen off, fan had to be replaced upon arrival, and foam coming out from underneath the chairs. We won’t talk about the outdated boat out beds.

We stayed 3 nights in a 3 bed pool view room. Beds were super comfortable. Great to have a full kitchen and washing facilities. Dated, but clean room that met our needs. We had an issue with our front door handle, we couldn’t get in at first after a long travel day! Managed to get in with some part brute force as despite reporting it to reception, one came to check it despite us asking twice - turned out we needed to life the handle up instead of down (we managed to work it out) so got by for our stay, but not ideal that our request wasn’t looked into. Pool was nice, but not heated and too cold for me to get in. $7 for a kids slushy is extortionate! Good location, nice to have no additional fees due on arrival, plenty of parking on site. Would stay again for the price.

Pirate pool was super fun for the kids but not heated as stated, hot tubs were watm though. The food there is less grill and more microwave, but for a snack and a drink is a nice option. The location was fantastic for parks (10 min) airport (20min) grocery was walkable but not great - about 15 minutes dragging kids and definitely not accessibility friendly as you have to climb over barriers and walk along an unlit uneven grassy highway ditch. Definitely did not feel safe but needed some groceries for a 6 night stay. The suite was very dated and felt dirty (carpet and furniture) but bedding and towels were fine and the spaces were dusted and tidy (kitchen and bathrooms clean) the jacuzzi was amazing, really appreciated that. The fireworks view is not worth it for that purpose (too far away) but might be quieter and more private than the pool view and shopping area. The kitchen is fully functional and the washer dryer great when you have a young family and are trying to manage so much stuff packing light. Unfortunately the dryer ate the straps to shreds off an expensive jumpsuit I brought which really sucked. Dont dry anything with open ended straps/strings. The dryer has a deep groove behind the lint trap, I dug out a handful of past guests garment scraps. A really pleasant suprise was the free shuttle service to parks. The spa is really expensive comparatively but was a special treat and very relaxing and professional lovely women.

Fantastic 2-night stay! The room was spotless, staff was incredibly friendly, and the amenities were top-notch. Perfect location and excellent service. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway! The place is amazing, definitely stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our sray very much! Pirate ship was pretty cool! Legoland is a hour drive, disney and Universal is like 25 minutes. Beautiful place.

The resort also has time share so they push a gift card for you to attend a time share seminar and they are persistent. We were not interested. The information sheet was not accurate, the pizza hut express closes at 12am and info sheet states 1am, website says 12am. They should update hours on info sheets given to guests. The rooms are fully equipped but furniture is worn down and outdated. We were in building 5 and to get into builsing with key cards , the readers dont work properly, many guests reported this. You wouls be there 3 to 5 minutes to get into building, before reader worked. Breakfast by pool is very limited and only one person working. Staff at front desk was efficient and welcoming.

2nd time staying at Lake Buena Vista Resort, first time during COVID August 2021. The Pool View from Bldg 3 Floor 14 was overwhelming could not enjoy being on the balcony with the kiddos should have gotten Floor 7 which is more eye Level. Resort was packed wanted a Fireworks view like our past visit but was sold out. Had maintenance come within 10 minutes of checking due to power issues but it was resolved immediately. Kids enjoyed being in their own room. Had an awesome time at the Pirate ship pool with food and drinks. Overall great visit .
