We had two back to back nights of our neighbors screaming or playing loud music at 2 or 3am. I'm not really sure what to do about that and I know people can't be controlled, but we didn't realize how loud it might be!

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing due to several issues. The facility was not clean, and the bathroom had a persistent bad smell. The room was poorly isolated, and I could hear everything outside, making it impossible to get a quiet sleep. Room service was extremely noisy, adding to the disturbance. The check-in time was inconveniently late at 4:00 PM, and the check-out time was too early at 10:00 AM. They charged a $200 deposit, yet the fridge was empty, and no complimentary water was provided—not even a single bottle. Overall, the experience was far below expectations and not worth the cost.

My fabulous and I booked this area because expedia had a good taste, and why not.. this place is gorgeous. It's the holiday season and they had that place looking like a beautiful winter wonderland The staff wereall friendly snd super helpful You are able to text the front desk at any time, they are quick to response back. I would stay there.. nothing is included, so their restaurant be prepared to pay.

Getting a hold of someone at the front desk almost impossible! Very frustrating to get food delivery. The Grill restaurant had only 1 server so we had to wait around 15 minutes to get a table even there were like 7 available tables. Distance from room to lobby was very far.

Worth a visit
We stayed here for a girls weekend and had an amazing time. The location is top notch. Our villa had more than enough parking and the layout worked out great for our group. Room was clean and comfortable, and staff was accommodating and prompt with any requests. The two private balconies were a nice surprise as well.

This is a beautiful property. The room we stayed in was recently remodeled and it’s very nice. They give you ample of everything!!! The bed is very comfortable and I love that the tv has Netflix!!! Wil definitely be staying here again!!! Oh and the two bedroom is very spacious and private.

5 star resort at a great value!
My husband and I stayed here recently for our 20th wedding anniversary and had a fabulous time! The property is beautiful. Rooms are large, comfortable and well appointed. We got to the hotel at 10:30am & Eduardo helped us check in & worked his magic to get us the specific building we wanted & our view was amazing! We were even able to get into our room by 11:30am. Eduardo was so nice & professional. The 2 large pool complexes are beautiful & have pool bars. You truly feel that “resort” feel. Staff are very attentive & friendly. We will definitely visit again.
