I was very disappointed to find out the hotel had a new years celebration after I had called the hotel to find out if they were going to have a party at the hotel & I was told no only fireworks. Also on the day of check out all the staff was coughing & not wearing mask.

Gorgeous propert7 with an impeccable staff! The Adult Pool has a sign that says “quiet enjoyment strictly enforced” and the hot tub is great too (p.s. Don’t miss the lazy river here…) seriously can’t wait to go back!

Only issue we had was we couldnt find our room..The property is so large and is spread out that if you dont get proper instructions on how to get the building your room is in you wont find it..

Never. Never Disappoints
We always love staying at this omni.Has so many choices. In pools. Multiple restaurants on property as well as very close to a grocery store and other options for dining. We have stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed.

All Food and Restaurant Staff were excellent. Housekeeping was non-existent... we were sent a text if we wanted to opt out of daily cleaning service, we never opted out, although we never received ANY cleaning service either... no fresh towels, no wash clothes, no bed service, no water... NOTHING We were there from Friday through Monday!
