A great location to walk into Takapuna with no need for the car. Have found the WiFi unreliable in the last two times I’ve stayed there across two different rooms. Otherwise a good stay.

Would like to see a coffee plunger and ground coffee in the rooms rathet than the inferior instant coffee currently in offer. Otherwise not bad value, with spacious rooms.

Great accommodation.
The hotel was in a great location only a ten minute walk from Takapuna. It was close to the main road but we didn’t have a problem with road noise. The room was large, clean and well appointed with a toaster, microwave, kettle and fridge. Also great curtains made it nice and dark at night.
