Attended a convention that was in town…NOT at this facility. I chose to stay here as to get away from all the activity. This property is awesome and serene. Although the pool area is very active, the rest of the property allowed for nice walks. The driver that drove to and from the parking garage was very friendly. He seemed genuine and easy to talk to. Hotel staff was very pleasant. I was there 4 days and ate at a different restaurant every day. All were very good. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed. Would definitely stay there again.

Upon arriving at the property, we were greeted by a great staff, at the counter when checking in we were told that if we wanted a room with a view we would have to pay extra, we declined, we go see our room it isn’t what we expected it had a window pointing down to the lobby where we couldn’t even see the sky or sun it had no balcony so I told my husband we didn’t pay almost $600 for 2 nights just so we can stare at a lobby, on top of that have to pay for valet parking for $50 something per night or self parking which you still have to pay 32$ for it plus tax !, we went and ask to get another room with a balcony no matter the view the staff was so friendly and immediately switched our rooms, which we were thankful for, sometimes people have to speak up and stand up for themselves ! Other than that you do have to pay for the wifi per night unless you’re a member there which is crazy ! But okay, overall stay was good the pool was nice we never tried the food there, we usually always went out to eat, the great thing about this hotel that everything is so close to it, so we will be booking again just because of the convenient location.
