Ok so the finishes in this hotel are super nice and clean as are the amenities, I just wasn't a fan of the room layouts and that all rooms are adjoining. I could hear everything the family next door was doing and saying. I also wasn't happy when their vacation club team kept incessantly calling me and trying to get me to go to a sales pitch. I was on vacation and didnt want to be harassed. I would stay at the Marriot Cypress villas instead of here. While its not as nice (finishes) or updated, you get way more for your money (a multiple room suite with kitchen for the same price). I actually ended up canceling my reservation and leaving halfway through my stay for a Marriot instead.

Highly recommend.
Had a great time, really lovely hotel. The location is ideal to be slightly out of all the madness but still only a short drive/lyft to anywhere. The view from our apartment was gorgeous, overlooking several lakes, really pretty. Only bad would be the mattress and pillows werent to our comfort at all, pillows are feathered so squash to nothing and the mattress was very firm. Overall, an excellent stay and we would likely return.

Excellent hotel to stay in when visiting Orlando. The apartment sized rooms are well appointed and very comfortable.

The staff was wonderful, especially the bell hop! We checked in very late, after a long day, and this man took such great care of us. The 2 bedroom was plenty big enough for our family of 5. We will definitely be back.

Everything was great! huge hotel, heated pools, fully equipped kitchen. Personally, the disadvantage for me was the lack of bathrobes and slippers. Everything else is great!

Spacious, modern, didn’t get the best view from 4th floor and down because of parking garage and roof, but elevator was fast and staff were friendly. Room felt clean, hot water came relatively fast, no weird smells, blackout curtains, quiet

The rooms are very large and spacious. Its a very quite facility yet had everything I needed for a toddler in and outside the room. Would definitely be coming back
