Spacious 2100 sq ft 4th floor condo next to the Main Pool and Clubhouse. Near all theme parks and across the street from EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park. Walk to the convention center and International Drive. Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible. This stylishly furnished vacation home has many small personal touches and amenities that will make your stay like a home away from home.

**A small Dog under 25 lbs can be accommodated for a nightly Pet fee. Please inquire with host.

THE SPACE
Open plan living area, with cozy seating area and 55" TV leads off a fully-equipped high-end kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. A handy breakfast bar allows the cook to chat with guests while preparing a quick snack or gourmet meal and a dining table next to the kitchen seats 5 persons comfortably. The cozy den offers a separate area for the kids to enjoy a big screen TV with DVD player and has a pull out queen-size sofa bed. Fully-equipped high-end kitchen with granite counter tops, open plan living/dining room and a cozy den, highest quality furnishings throughout.

BED AND BATH
3 bedrooms, all with upgraded pillow-top mattresses, large flatscreen TVs and ceiling fans plus a queen sofa bed in the den. The master bedroom features a king size bed, walk in closet and huge en-suite bathroom with his and hers vanity, oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower and privacy WC. The second bedroom has a king size bed and there are 2 double beds in the third bedroom. There is a large private balcony with loungers and summer sunsets to enjoy after a long day at the park or convention center. The condo also has a full-size washer and dryer in the unit which means you can pack light and fill your suitcases with shopping bargains.

**We are very excited to announce the opening of our new East Side Pool amenities at Vista Cay Resort. The new amenities include two brand new pools, a hot tub, new pool bar, a kid’s splash pad, a fire pit area and lots more. There is a map of the resort with the location of the new East Side Pool attached in the listing pictures. Now that the East Side Pool amenities have opened, the renovations to the main resort pool, hot tub and pool bar are taking place now. The Clubhouse including the Gym, Gift Shop, Park Tickets Concierge, and Games Room will remain open at this time. We have discounted our rates to compensate.

We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, it is in your House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.

We had a toddler with us and the floors were swept But not washed. His feet were just filthy when playing on the floor. Also we had 5 bath towels for 6 people. Two trash bags for 5 days. Not enough. Also should have been given more TP. The place was comfortable and we enjoyed it. Just a few suggestions above.

Perfect For Our Needs
The property was perfect for our needs. It was clean. The layout was great. It was extremely quiet. Beds were comfortable. We were close to the parks, within 20 minutes. A Publix grocery store and Walgreens is also close to the property. The pool was nice and customer service at the pool was good. We were very impressed with the check-in process and customer service. We arrived about an hour early. We reached out to the property manager and she was immediately able to assist us and we were able to get in early. If in this area again, we would definitely return.

Great location, clean and spacious
The place was great and easy to get to and very clean. Only downside was there was very little hot water so after 2 people showered there was no hot water left and we had 8 people. Also could use some more washcloths/towels to accommodate all the guests that it sleeps. Host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond and property was clean and in a great location to major theme parks. Would definitely consider for future stays.

Great stay at Vista Cay Penthouse
We stayed at Vista Cay for the 'non-Disney' part of our vacation. The condo was excellent. Plenty of room for 4 of us to spread out. The condo was nicely updated and very clean. All the beds were super comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony that had plenty of furniture for all of us. Having an additional family room with a tv was also a plus. Communication with Teresa was excellent. She was very responsive and helpful. She even adjusted our check-in and check-out times to accommodate our schedule. Which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to coming back soon.

Had the opportunity to attend an event at the Orange County Convention Center. The Vista Cay complex and our rental property turned out to be a perfect location. Overall the facilities are non a great location with regard to both the Convention Center , local restaurants and supermarkets. Loved the on site facilities and the rental property was great. Extremely quiet facility , comfortable amenities, and it met our requirements . I would recommend this facility….. I would bring a beach wagon next time as the walk from the parking lot to the apartments with luggage and groceries etc was a bit challenging (especially water cases)

Spacious, clean condo in a great location
We were very happy with our stay in this condo. Upon walking in, we noticed how clean it was, which we were so happy about. It was very spacious and there were plenty of utensils, plates, and pans for cooking. The location was close to a lot of activities and restaurants-we were there mostly to go to Universal, which was just minutes away. The pool area was very clean and not too busy during the week, but was pretty busy closer to the weekend, which was expected. Lin was very responsive to any questions we had and the check-in process was seamless. We would definitely stay at this property in the future!
