The pool had bugs in it. Could not find the entrance in to the place so drive past it had to turn around and go slow and found it and its shares the same entrance as the hotel next door

Joey from the front counter was not helpful when we called to find out how to get the free shuttle from the airport. Told us to call him when we got to the outside to tell him where we are at and then when we called he told us to go to another place on the other side of the airport. When we did get o the hotel he hardly talked to us and was county $$ to put in an envelope before he even helped us. The next morning as soon as breakfast time approached as ending. They hurried and cleaned it up before and while people were still getting stuff. We had to share our extra butter and jam with another table. He asked if they had any butter and all she could say is, it’s put away already.

I was extremely grateful that they were able to accommodate us last minute. The staff was wonderful and extremely kind. The shower however only had one temperature, scolding. The handle barely moved to turn on and off the shower. No matter how you adjusted it it was always scolding hot. But otherwise great stay.
