IMPORTANT NOTES:This condo is on the 3rd floor and elevator is for your comfort. But when the elevator goes out of service you should use the stairs. Please note that this home is considered to be self catering. We provide a starter kit which includes 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag, and 1 hand soap per bathroom. We do not provide detergent for the dishwasher, dish soap, or laundry detergent.

We felt at home during our 4 day stay. Everything was available in the unit. There was enough space for us to spread out.The families in the unit were friendly and helpful. Found the unit close to gas, market, eating establishments.

High hopes, but a little disappointing

The counter in the kitchen was dirty the evening we arrived, an entire section had to be cleaned. It appeared coffee had been spilt and not cleaned up properly. Floors were dirty throughout. There were 3 of us, but only 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths in the bathrooms. While there were lots of large towels, the washcloth and hand towels situation seemed a bit ridiculous. We actually went to the store to buy some. The bed in the second bedroom has a very poor mattress and was uncomfortable to sleep on. Also, the extra blanket in this room was old and felt nasty to touch. The pillows in both rooms were rather flat. Our biggest complaint and frustration was the pool. We were hoping to swim the evening we arrived, but discovered you needed a key to enter. When I called the following day about a key, I was told to come to the office to get one and that it would require a deposit, which I would receive back when the key was returned. The only thing that the listing or information I received after booking was that the pool was communal; it did say that you had to have a key card for the fitness center, but nothing about the pool. I did not have a car with me. While yes, I got my deposit back, I spent quite a bit of $$ on Uber to drive back and forth twice to the office…not to mention the time I spent making those trips. It seems to me that the need for a key card for the pool needs to be clearly stated before booking. Why can’t the key be left at the condo, if you request it?

Nice accommodations with shortfalls

Pros: 1. Spacious 2. Nice finishes- granite counter tops throughout 3. Nice high quality furniture 4. Great location (close to attractions, convenient to grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy) 5. Nice firm King sized bed in master 6. Large master bath 7. Top floor unit that meant no one above. 8. A cohesive design 9. Plentiful parking 10. Nice pool and workout room Cons 1. Poor property management- This is the biggest complaint and they fell down on multiple items/ways. a. Property manager provides minimal items for the 10-day stay (ex. 1/2 a dish washing sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, no coffee filters). b. Check-in information was sent 4 pm day of arrival (address, lock code). c. Communications were poorly organized (yes, they included in their email that there would not be coffee filters provided, but that was buried in a large paragraph at the end of a long email. Thinking about it now, that might have been on purpose. But if you want a guest to be happy, that's a poor way of going about your business.). d.In order to use the pool and exercise facilities (which were nice), we had to drive at least 20 minutes (actually took us an hour in traffic) to the property managers office to pay for the $50 security deposit and pick up the key (would have been nice to have the option to pre-pay the deposit and have the key waiting at the unit). e. Housekeeping was poor- found knife with finger prints on the blade. Found hairs on bath towels. Some mildew found in master shower. 2. Sparsely furnished kitchen- (only 6 dinner plates, 6 forks, 6 knives requiring constant dishwashing. See comment above for cheap property management with only 2 dishwasher tablets provided); cheap cooking utensils (spatulas were cheap plastic that would not support the weight of a burger patty); no ice cream scoop that necessitated using a spoon which bent while scooping ice cream. 3. Single pane windows which meant road noise could be heard. 4. Flimsy queen bed frame and cheap mattress 5. Stove had only three working burners and one burner was not functioning fully. 6. Dirty carpets. Definitely needs a shampoo. 7. Small TVs

Great Place

Loved the location and the property. It was exactly what we were looking for during our week of relaxation. The pools were nice and the place was much quieter than most of the resort condos we have stayed at in the same area. My only complaint, and its minor, was that the floors in the condo were a little dirty. The management staff was great with communication and always responded to me within minutes of asking them any quesitons. Would definitely come back.

Bugs bugs bugs

There were flies everywhere when we arrived and they were alive. There were spiders and little white bugs. I contacted the property management several times and they told me that they would send maintenance over. That never happened. We had to purchase bug spray and after 7 of the 14 days we stayed, the bugs were gone due to me spraying. The property management company sucks.

Great place to stay when going to Disney.

Everything was nice at this apartment. The only complaint I would have is the mattress was a little uncomfortable. It may be time to invest in new mattresses. I woke up a few mornings with a sore back (already have back issues). Also it would be nice to have more extra blankets. Overall the experience was an A+. We would probably stay there again.

They were not able to get anyone to clean our condo until the next day. We had a difficult time getting clean linens for the first night. It was disturbing staying ina place which had not been cleaned.

Beautiful property!

The property was very clean. It's was just as it was presented on the website. The bed mattresses were uncomfortable and need to be replaced. Bring your own bathroom tissue, there was only one roll in each bathroom.
