Staff was not engaging. Front desk agent spoke so fast and never made eye contact. When I asked her to repeat, she sighed deeply and did the same thing. Never eye contact. Other staff simply walked by with heads and eyes down. Never eye contact.

Not sure what that was about but the room was clean. And the in the morning we were woken up to house keeping entering our room before check out time/before we even checked out.
