Easy access to Disney and all theme parks and Florida's amazing white sand beaches. Lakeside Villa is stunning, luxurious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa, including 3 en-suites. Close to Disney World , MGM, Epcot, World of Sport, Animal Kingdom and Downtown Disney, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Seaworld. Orlando International Airport is only 35 minutes away. It's NOT allowed to use this house for ANY kind of events like: parties, meetings, conferences, commercial activities, etc. - IF you plan a party (or etc), this house is NOT recommended for you.
Note: if this important rule is broken, HOA and neighbors might inform the local authorities and the HomeAway security deposit in hold will be required to cover the fine.

A/C (cooling) is set to run at 73F-80F and if you are not comfortable with this range please don't book. Heating max temperature on thermostat is 75F if you are not comfortable with this please don't book.
Washer/Dryer are available for reasonable use - extreme use beyond normal household needs will be charged at the management discretion.
Security cameras (8 HD cameras) covering every inch of front and both side of property is used for security purposes.
Smart Devices are used to monitor and control property equipment, such as door lock, thermostat, pool and spa system etc.

** Early check-in/late check-out (depending on availability) is $30/hour
** For safety reasons, we don't keep a BBQ Grill onsite. However, if requested, we can help you rent one from a professional company.
**Covid-19 update: Per legal requirement (Governor Desantis Executive Order) you also agree not to host any gathering with more than the total occupancy of this property. By law, if you do not respect this rule, we will have all rights to evict you without any right for compensation. And you would put yourself at risk of being reported to the police at any time by neighbors or the HOA. Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property.

What a fabulous vacation to match the fabulous villa. Waking up to the lake view every morning was a great start to the day. Great location, far enough away from the hustle & bustle but close enough to get anywhere. The rooms were perfect for us all and big enough for privacy without being on top of each other. The communication from Zivka was excellent making sure we knew all the information making our check in, stay and check out seamless without any issues. All in all a brilliant villa where we felt at home from day 1. Would definitely recommend and will look to book again when we come back.

Amazing experience
I looked at a million very similar looking houses before chosing this one. I am so glad i chosen this! Beautiful house, great location and feels totally secluded. House is clean, pool is amazing. The view is fantastic, saw beautiful skies, hot air ballons, birds of all kinds, turtles. Kids played in the game room and loved the outdoor space. Had meals out on the lanai and lots of great local restaurants. Great kitchen for cooking at home. Host was great, BBQ was a nice add on. Local fun day trips, nice nearby spots for walking or biking. Close to parks about 45-60 minutes with traffic. House is modern, fun decor, comfy beds and living room area, and lots of room. The photos actually dont do the big master bed and bath justice- its amazing. Going to start saving for a repeat vacation here! Highly recommend!

We had beautiful weather to enjoy the pool and the patio. The house had lots of space and amenities. I loved walking around the neighbourhood in the morning. It was close to publix for groceries. We did a couple of days at Disney and then enjoyed the pool on the other days.

The home is beautiful and everything a family would need to make their vacation memorable. Cool game room for both kids and adults, beautiful pool and having 4 bathrooms is such a plus for families trying ttheir get out the door for a day of theme parks. Highly recommended!!

We were very happy with this property. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. The property was very clean (always my biggest worry) and well-appointed. The pictures on the website were accurate. The only thing that could have been better on our vacation was the weather. I would definitely choose this property for our next stay in Florida.

An Oasis of Peace!
My daughter and I stayed at this wonderful home a couple of weeks ago. My daughter had been asking for a dream Disney birthday for the last year or so. As soon as I saw this house I knew “we just had to stay here”. The house is absolutely gorgeous! Check in was seamless and communication with management was professional and prompt. The home is well pointed and has everything we needed to be comfortable. The Disney theme throughout the home is such a nice touch being going to Disney was the focal point of our trip. It was in the 90’s everyday of our stay so the crystal blue pool got a lot of use! The pool was clean and overlooked a lake (that has a family of turtles and fish in it). The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, the only time I saw anyone was when I went on my morning run through the neighborhood. I can’t say enough about this property. Wonderful memories were made here that will last me and my daughter a lifetime. She got the Disney birthday she’s been wanting and it started with this beautiful home. It really is an “Oasis of Peace”. A 5 star rental property, I would give it a10 but, 5 is the cap :) Thanks again for the hospitality and opportunity to enjoy this home! See you soon!

The whole family loved it!
This property was just as pictured. We loved the south facing pool with view of the lake and no rear neighbors. The week we stayed had great weather, so we used the pool quite a bit. My teenage son also enjoyed having use of the community basketball courts. We were close enough to everything we wanted to do and our family had plenty of space to spread out. The master bed was not the most comfortable, but it was fine for a week and not something that would keep me from booking again. Overall, we had a great stay and would consider staying here again if we come back to the Orlando area.

Fantastic villa in great location
We’ve just spent 8 days at the villa and had an amazing time! The villa itself was really clean and had everything we needed. Little touches everywhere are really well thought out - themed bedrooms and Disney references. The pool is lovely and overlooks a pretty lake-we saw lots of wildlife around. The location is really good, close to some local shops and restaurants as well as easily accessible to the theme parks. This is now our third stay in Orlando with the family, and this has been the best villa we’ve stayed in. Would love to come back one day!

My only regret is that I wish I would have got to spend more time at the property to enjoy it, it was a busy week of theme parks. The house is well supplied, clean and organized. Most important thing EVER is the master bedroom was comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The owner was very responsive when I had questions or reached out. Overall a very good experience at a beautiful property. It does costs extra to heat the pool, with that being said we also received a discount for a weekly rate…so fair. The temperature is regulated which makes sense for the size of the property and perhaps guests not being responsible and thoughtful of owners costs in the past, but he communicated with me when I reached out which I appreciated. I highly recommend this property. The pool is AMAZING! The view is spectacular and beautiful.

4 week stay - FANTASTIC !!!
We stayed foe almost 4 weeks in this property and it was amazing !!! Felt like home away from home - had everything you could possibly need. The owner was quick to respond and so very nice. The drive to Disney wasn’t bad at all I learned the back roads really quick. Close to a grocery store as well. Even though we didn’t have children with us - this property would be fantastic for family’s with kids. The game room was a blast !!! I would recommend anyone to stay at this property. I know we will be back for sure. Thank you again !!
