Underwhelming

This property needs an update. The couches were so dirty I wouldn’t sit on them. I’m not sure where all the extra money we’re paying for cleaning fees is going to? The common areas to include the living room, dining room and kitchen are incredibly small. The washing machine sounded like it was going to take flight and was so loud we had to turn it off. Having your own hot tub and pool was nice, but the pool is a very small square. They also need to provide more linens and blankets. It was very nice having five bedrooms; however, for the money I would not recommend this listing.

The Coconut Cabana cottage was amazing!

We had a great stay at the cottages at Margaritaville! The house was spacious and very clean and the private pool and spa was amazing. You do need your own supplies for laundry and extra toilet paper and paper towels, but they had everything else you needed! Everything seemed brand new and very well maintained. The promenade with restaurants was awesome because we didn’t even have to leave property for dinner! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!
