Three years ago, I stayed at this hotel, and my room had a strong smell of mold and mildew. I decided to give the hotel another chance, so my family and I booked a stay again over the Thanksgiving holiday. Unfortunately, I encountered the same issue: the bathroom had mold, which made me feel congested. Additionally, there was dog hair in the shower. I called the front desk, and they sent housekeeping to clean the bathroom, but they missed a large portion of the mold. As a result, our clothes ended up smelling like mold and mildew from the room. To make matters worse, we noticed people smoking marijuana on the property while we were walking to the elevator. Another family member had the same unpleasant experience. I will be contacting corporate about these issues.

The stay was great! Has a really good location on International drive. Staff was super friendly upon check in and check out. Privately ownded Starbucks on site. The o ly thing i didnt know what that they have a $20ish charge per night as a "resort fee". I dont remember seeing that in the details.

Staff were exceptional. Friendly and helpful. The property was clean and lived up to expectations. Suites were spacious and well equipped. Felt like we were in a safe welcoming environment. Well located next to icon park but far enough away from the park and highway to be troubled by noise. Would stay again. Recommend

When we arrived the door wouldn’t open to the room. The battery on the lock was dead and had to be replaced. Took us over 25 min to get into the room by the time the door was fixed. Was given late checkout as a recovery

Interesting and convenient layout. Quiet and peaceful. We couldn’t hear anything from what was going on outside even though we literally across the street from entertainment on International Drive.

This property is old and run down - it claims to be renovated but where?! Our two-bedroom suite was spacious but dirty. Even the towels hanging in the bathroom were used and had makeup on them! The pool and hot tub water were dirty. The location is central - that's the only plus.
