This property is old and run down - it claims to be renovated but where?! Our two-bedroom suite was spacious but dirty. Even the towels hanging in the bathroom were used and had makeup on them! The pool and hot tub water were dirty. The location is central - that's the only plus.

We came here from Dunedin to evacuate during hurricane Milton. We were stressed and nervous. Vanessa and staff were incredible. So calming and accommodating. We actually needed another day and they took care of it. Hurricane passed through here, too. They quickly cleaned up debris. Everyone was hands on. Our room was spotless and bed was very comfortable. We HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Absolutely Amazing!
The 2 bedroom suite was amazing. Great for family , has kitchen , a plus .The only thing i have a complaint is the bedroom pillows were not the best. Special thanks to Roxy, front desk went beyond pleasing us, super amazing lady. Close to restaurants and trolly bus available. Will definitely return!!

Quick and easy check-in and check out. Friendly staff. Shuttle to parks offered. Clean suite. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Rooms could use ceiling fans so keep air circulating while AC is off. Great stay. Will stay again in the future.

Overall, great experience at this Hotel. No complaints. Our first room was not satisfied and smelled wet and the front desk staff immediately moved us to a new room and did hesitants. Also, advised Management of that room and to check to see what was causing the issue. That's great customer service.
