We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and one never came to offer us room service or even exchange our towels (had to ask for clean towels twice), we specifically asked for the room cleaning services (which was offered to us at the time of check-in) at the counter and even though they acknowledge our request, they never came. While the property itself and its locations were ok, the service was severily lacking.

It is under renovations. But still need to put up a plan to maintain the building after the renovations. IE, paint, room conditions, bathrooms. Simple things, as for example, I asked for a "Do not Disturb" sign, but they didn't had one of those.

Good for one night
The hotels seems to have gone through some renovations but it’s not tip top. The shower had rust in the tub, saw tiny roaches, the bed smelled like someone had slept in it and the sheets and curtains had stains. Overall the floors and towels were clean and bed well made. But proximity to the airport is a plus.

Over all a good hotel. But make sure you call the hotel and make sure their renovations are done so that your key card would work. Had to go down stairs 4 to 5 times to change my key cards in 1 day.

The property is terrible, the room I stayed in had roaches. There was no ventilation inside of the restrooms. The rooms smelled terrible the AC unit was very old. The tub was dirty and rusted. The towels and washcloths were dirty as well.

La propiedad está en remodelación hasta Marzo 2025, por eso hay un poco de polvo y ruido diariamente incluyendo fines de semana. La habitación asignada estaba bastante moderna, pero en el baño no estaba terminado. Me parece que le falta seguridad, ya que se podía entrar y salir a cualquier hora sin necesidad de identificación. Un día en la mañana temprano había una pareja gritando fuerte en el pasillo. Al entrar el personal de recepción no está muy visible, deben estar sentados mas altos o el counter ser un poco mas bajito para que le den la bienvenida a los clientes al llegar. Aunque incluye desayuno, las opciones eran muy limitadas. Por el momento para quedarse una noche, está bien, ya que está cerca del aeropuerto.

The property lookds nothing like the pictures. Dirty and run down. We struggled to get the key to work every time we tried to enter the room. People were cooking in their rooms. It smelled like fried fish. Would not stay here ever again.
