The reception manager is the most unwelcoming no eye contact no welcome person I have met. I was disappointed I booked this hotel and was not informed work was going on. I was also disappointed that no coffee or tea was supplied in your room you had to go to reception. The breakfast was expensive for no quality for the price. The room was highly disappointing very out dated and not clean. I am so down hearted... The only good things were staff tried their best to seem happy.... And I liked the pool.... Although towels were rarely supplied, Room service was only on my request... I stayed fot over 7 nights... I regretted my decision. It is however very local to Disney.... I feel very ripped off and would not stay there again

there was a dead roach in the bathroom when we first arrived. the cabinets and cooler were in pretty dirty condition…the smell in the room was not that inviting…

This is a property I would never stay at again. As soon as I entered my room the smell of old stale cigarette smoke hit me like a brick wall and this was a non-smoking room. The condition of the room seemed very old. Bathroom had obviously had water damage and the roof and walls were patched horribly and looked to have 100 coats of paint on them. The room had a very dirty feel to it. The bed and sheets were clean, which was a plus.

We found blood on the sheets of our first room thenbthey moved us to another room and that room had blood smeered on the wall outside the bathroom. I will not stay here again nore will i recommend this hotel to anyone.

We needed a place to stay after a funeral because we needed to recoup. I went online and found this spot. It’s on the strip close to everything so that was a plus but they gave one of the rooms that had not been renovated. So it was outdated, water damage on the ceiling in bathroom, low water pressure and didn’t smell that great. Also had old refrigerator and microwave and the ceiling in room was peeling. When you enter the lobby it smelled amazing so I was hoping the same for room but was disappointed. I’m glad I carry air fresheners with me. We checked out at 3 am it served its purpose but would never make another reservation here.
