Absolutely Disgusting!
Absolutely disgusting! MOLD all over the ceiling and could smell mold throughout the entire property! Would not wish my worst enemy to have to sleep here! Started coughing and feeling it in my lungs within 15 minutes. The front desk staff service was a joke and the worst i’ve ever experienced!

Despite the property being under renovation, I completely disliked the lack of attention to detail when it comes to simple things such as linens. Although the hotel receptionist mentioned they do not do housekeeping unless requested, which was not a problem. But on 2 separate occasions i would leave in the morning and ask that washcloths and towels be put in the room and both days, no one came to replace the linens, or take out the old ones. I expressed my frustration to the receptionist, only for it to happen the next day.

Best, First FL Hotel Stay!
I had arrived there a day late a sincerely apologies for doing so. Despite me being late, the service desk did a GREAT JOB giving me the best room they could get me at the time and made sure i had everything i needed during my stay! They were nice, patient, helpful and has WONDERFULLY positive energy! I will DEFINITELY be booking another stay there when I return!!

The staff was the best about this stay. They are ready to help and are very friendly. The hotel was very old and in bad shape, the rooms were clean, but the stains on the floor and carpet were insane. There is a lot of renovation around the hotel. I hope it gets better soon.
