Built in 2016 and professionally decorated (with beautiful artwork done by the owner herself), this home brings both style and comfort to your next family Disney trip or golf getaway to ChampionsGate. With a private pool and a spillover spa, you’ll have your very own spot to soak in the ever-present Florida sunshine. You'll also be treated to a game room with Ping-Pong and pool, five spacious bedrooms (including a Nemo-themed room for the kids), and access to the incredible resort amenities at the Oasis Club a short walk away.

You'll be half a mile south of the Oasis Club at ChampionsGate, which features a lazy river, a two-story water slide, a pool, a state-of-the-art gym, tennis and volleyball courts, a theater, and so much more. House was clean, and beautifully decorated too. Only negative was the jets on the spa were cold even when we paid for the pool/spa to be heated. We could not use it because it was way too cold.

About 30-40 mins from Disney. We wish it was closer. But the house was CLEAN. Bedrooms and floor plan gave everyone privacy and space. My wife loved how the bedrooms were spaced out giving everyone their own bathroom. Would stay here again.

Where to start…
This property needs to be removed from rentals until everything is fixed in there. 1. Found a dead roach in one of the downstairs bedrooms. 2. Found a live roach walking around the kitchen 3. back patio door was broken and didn’t lock. Had to use things around the house to secure it. 4. Washer in the laundry room turned on, on its own and felt like it was running. 5. A few of the toilets need to be looked at since they seem to be running all the time. Like the tank doesn’t fill with water or something. 6. A huge leak in one of the upstairs bathrooms,, plaster peeling from the ceiling, visible leak stains on the ceiling. 7. Footprints on the half wall in the upstairs den + lots of stains on the walls. 8. Called and texted about all these issues and was told someone would come out but never heard back. When I asked for an update, I was met with a disrespectful tone… Will not be staying here again.

My girl cousins and I plan a trip every year to stay connected and enjoy each other's company. We chose this home because we all had our own bedroom and bathroom. The pool was small but just right. The “spa” was not what we expected as a “hot tub” but after speaking to property management they explained it to us. That there is an extra fee for it to be hot. We enjoyed the open concept of the home. The only real issue we had was the glass door lock to the pool area does not lock. As 6 women staying in thisunsafe wwomen

The property was great, having 5 bedrooms and 5 washrooms was the best! Very large home, we were 8 adults and it did not feel crammed. The resort pool was only 2 mins away which was great on our last few days. The pool at the house was nice too when we got back from the parks at night. I would highly recommend this place!

Great house, beautiful, roomy, and pool a plus. Just was upset none of the tvs worked at first then one in one bedroom starting working. Called serval times, but they couldn't help over the phone. So no tv unless we used kids gaming system to watch tv. Other than that two great water parks on site

Had a bit of trouble getting through security maybe on me for not receiving or filling out the name of everyone staying and the internet quit twice, but called in and was helped out. The play station was nice children distraction. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Booked the day before so was unable to get the hot tub heat turned on. The club house pool, lazy river and food/beverage stand was also a bonus. Would stay again if opportunity allows.

Winter respite
Overall the property was pretty nice, however it is in need of some TLC. There is scratches and scrape marks on a lot of the walls. The baseboards are dirty in the high traffic areas. Screen in the pool area was ripped. Towel bar was missing from bathroom wall. For a five bedroom house, the housewares were extremely deficient. Coffee maker didn’t work. Toaster didn’t work. Bathroom sink in master bath wouldn’t drain. Bathtub in front bathroom didn’t drain. It needs to be better maintained. It’s a great house that is sub par in the present condition

Peaceful mini vacation
Check in was a breeze. The home was exactly how I saw it online. No surprises. The place was immaculately clean and absolutely perfect for what I needed. I had an issue with the shower. It wouldn’t turn off. Maintenance responded immediately. Fixed the problem., was very professional, and had great conversation.
