Nice room but.....

This hotel has very nice rooms. They have included breakfast which is on par with other complimentary breakfast but.... they have accomodations for two service stations yet they choose to only use one causing a line of roughly 40 or 50 people just to get the food. I never expect great food at these hotels but its ridiculous to wait 15 minutes in line just to get it. My main issue with this hotel is the parking. I undersrand nearly all hotsls charge for parking but the new twist with this one is its through a third party app. Nearly 30 dollars a night with the standard we arent responsible for damage or theft bs, but the best part was when we got back to the hotel after a night at the park there were no parking spots available. Their answer was just go park in the hotel next to us. No sorry or anything. So now tired from our day we get to walk all the way from the next property over. But what can you do pitch a fit and get kicked out in the middle of the night. Been to this property a few times but this was the last straw.

The hotel itself is very clean ..It gives off good vibes inside. Only problem We had was that no one answer the phone drove an our to speak to a person. also, I've stayed in many many hotels and I don't think I've ever payed for parking. So, what ever little discount you had gets gobbled up with the the parking fees.
