During our stay at this hotel, we encountered several issues that were quite disappointing. On the first night, we found numerous strands of hair left by previous guests on the towels, indicating that they hadn’t been properly cleaned. To make matters worse, the toilet was clogged. When we called the front desk late at night, they informed us that no maintenance staff was available and handed us a plunger to resolve the issue ourselves. After our attempts failed, we requested a room change and were told that only rooms with queen-size beds were available. The front desk assured us we could switch back to a king-size room the next morning. However, when we inquired the next day, we were told that all king-size rooms were fully booked, forcing us to stay in the queen-size room for another night.
When we finally returned to a king-size room on the third day, we discovered dried sugary stains on the desk, ants on the bathroom floor, and even more ants appearing over time. We reported this to the front desk and asked to change rooms again. Unfortunately, they only had queen-size rooms available, and we were too exhausted to pack and move again. The following morning, we escalated our complaint to the front desk manager, who eventually agreed to change our room and waived one night’s stay as compensation.
