I had a horrible stay there, the office chair was broken, the TV didn’t work, they tried to fix it and it didn’t work. There were stains on the couch. I complained the next morning and they said they would switch me out. Then another Customer Service person, I have all the names, was very rude to me when trying to switch out my room, gave me a key that didn’t work, and I finally left. I only stayed one night. Have not been able to contact anyone at the residence.

Location was good close to multiple restaurants and of course Disney, The breakfast was good and filling. we had two problems on arrival - we did not have a TV remote in our room and we did not have enough towels for 4 people. We received the remote quickly, but when we asked the housekeeper for additional towels, we did not get them. That night we had to go down and get them. They gave them to us in a plastic bag.

Terrible experience. We were assigned a room that was already occupied—thankfully the door didn’t open because guests were inside. On top of that, we had to pay $80 just for parking. The elevator floor and lobby hallway were dirty, and the check-in process was extremely slow. There was a long line and only one employee at the front desk assisting everyone. Overall, we were very disappointed and will not be returning. Truly unacceptable.
